I was ‘very excited’ when we was getting drill permits in December but was that cancelled due to rain? This is a waste of space update and not regulatory. Sorry but ‘he’s taking the time’ it’s a virtual event where he’s probably in his front room must be a killer turning a computer on. He keeps harping on about ‘being on the ground’ which at present he’s not so where is he? Indoors get his big salary and getting reports now and again with pictures of 2 blokes at a hole. Sure with no over view there’s no rush for them at the site and probably while we are getting delays but then who would know as we don’t get updated. I reckon share price and news will come just about same time as Bill can get his hands on his options.

So we have another update - ‘ yeah things are going well , very positive, things looking good blah blah. How about update us on why there is delay at hammersley update us on why Mexico permits not resolved. What was the update? What’s new? Nothing that’s what. Just repetitive. Speaking to fund www managers at the upcoming conference? what for? Funding? getting tired here patience wearing thin.

This is true Happyhaddock however I am sure monies will be leaving other stocks today to make up the 1.5b shares traded so far on that particular stock. My point is a carrot gets dangled and if people aren't happy jump ship without thinking.

Hey Willow - a lot of factors at play here none of them to do with how Alien are performing. Alien are growing as a company at a good rate and the SP will move soon as the news that is expected starts to come in. Patience here I feel will be rewarded. The price has dropped and surprise surprise the buys are up. Investing should be long term and here this has prospects. Hang in there and see how it goes easy losses to be had on other stocks if you jump this is stable and foundations are laid so good luck

Totally agree - the interviewer sounded like he was asleep. But to be fair Bill keeps dribbling on about a lot about nothing. He’s needs to get to the point and make the point worth knowing - we know there an exploration company and has many projects. The 3 reasons at the end is now a standard response - we have metals. How does this differentiate us from other people who may have metals? Ore is at all all time high...is it? What does this mean for alien other than we are explorers? Just not impressed too much overview not enough substance. I’m happy with the way things are progressing here but think he does not sell us well and makes me feel worse after listening than I did before listening

Did for the right reasons. Investing shouldn’t be short term and for those who got impatient and got to busy watching other stocks on the move and switched that’s not investing. You do your due diligence and stick by it unless anything materially changes. All that’s happened here is the company is growing and on face value is going from strength to strength. Time will tell but remember for those selling at a loss panicking remember why you bought in first place and even if price is 0.5p you only lose when you sell.

Exactly Max - understand why it’s been done but if that’s really conservative figures things should be looking very positive in the near future

The valuation for hammersley is based on 74m tonnes of iron ore @50% (37m FE) found. That’s the bottom end of the tonnage and probably the bottom end of the iron found too.

@Max if you scroll down the Turner & Pope note you will see under the Hammersley project it is indeed expected to produce between 75 & 240m tonnes.

There is so much nonsense on here. The company is in good shape especially given the sign of the times. There is potential but this has to be confirmed and realised. If this starts to happen on the next update this will build confidence among investors and will continue to grow and the SP will move up accordingly as the value of the company’s grows. We have been told by the powers that be that news is expected around this time on the current projects which is very relevant as to whether this really has potential or is a dud.
