Well, not even a merger rumour seems to wake up this dog of a share.. but we've still got the world cup and a hopefully a hot summer to save us !

Looks like the deal as gone down well with the markets then !! Low 3.40s finsh today.. if we're luck ? Then where ?

although GNK, MAB etc are also down today, the way this share just continues its trend downwards, I'm starting to question that as well.

Not so sure, it's not working for me yet. Topped up several times last week, still heading down and seems to want to go below 1.00... Today, FTSE is up well, sun shining, world cup shortly, ex div coming this week, GNK, MAB etc all up, but MARs hovers to stay to stay positive.. Guess patience is needed !.

good comments from Londoner... I also cannot understand the board's disregard for this share price over the 12 - 18 months, which its performance as been terrible to say the least. Despite buying breweries, different marketing strategies etc.. I still have shares of 155p or more..even topped up the other day and still it falls. Heaven knows when we'll see prices at that level again.. but never mind, we still have our discount cards and the beers are good... while our shares plumet !

Hate to think what would the sp be if the sales figures had been the worst of the big 4 today..just shows market sentiment towards sains at the moment. There goes my Xmas profit !

Problem is, every time I dip in, it drops 10 to 15p...

Possible reason, I bought in...

Yet another day where we see a decent FTSE rise, yet this one, and others in the sector admittedly, continues its decline. The trend iseems to be downwards, even with "strategic aquisitions" along the way. Market obviously still has a lot of questions. I guess "patience" is the word !

Could this be the end of the run.. ? Resumption of normal 1.30s yo-yo performance.. Hope not
