SP seems to be going from bad to worse today.. maybe Carolyn has said something again ?

I see the shop has been closed from today. Message on door.....Any one local know if this permanent ?

Any one have news why this has been battered today ?

Yes, would be interesting to see if they could set up a Davenports type “Beer at home” service, with take away meals ? Perhaps try to offer different beer options not normally found on average supermarket shelves ? Some smaller brewers are already trying

Not sure about Burton, but it’s certainly testing my Bottling Capacity at this SP ...

Seeing Mars sp having yet another car crash... (we have seen few over the years),
I went to the spread eagle at Gailey nr W'ton to try and cheer up. Found the bar busy, people eating and drinking, booking into the hotel, staff working hard, life going on. I had a great fish & chips and a few pints. Whatever happens, things will get better and people will continue to drink.

Thanks for the feedback Solley, like me you're entitled to your opinion. I hope it does turn out to be rubbish.. and alot of us can get back our substantial losses if her "strategies" do come to fruitition. Don't see any evidence of it though at the moment...

Expect nothing except a drop in sp as usual. This CEO has lost the plot imo.

Agreed, I see 70-80p range coming simple because there's no confidence in it, where's any good news coming from ? Plus the CEO and her team have done nothing yet except make things worse imo.

Agree with you, but why stop there... this share won.t be happy till it's well below a pound. It's behaviour has given no signs to have any confidence in it over the last few years.

Would not surprise me if there are no biscuits the way this SP is going...

Good effort over the day...but still reliably goes back to its beloved 98 -101 trench. what will it take to move on ?..

A terrible week overall.. just shows the lack of confidence the market still has in itv, and maybe with the efforts being made so far by the new CEO !!

Out of interest Bamps, what is the deal with GNK vouchers ? How many shares, at currently £5 plus, do you have to buy to get them ?

Don,t blame you simply following this one....For some of us unfortunately stuck in it, the slow downward decline of sp feels like death by a thousand cuts.

Thanks for the report, reads well but the last line says it all for me though.. " Shares were down nearly 3% in midday trading" So the market doesn't seem impressed and hasn't been for a long time.
The SP downward trend just continues, despite the broker ratings, Charles Wells purchase, the long awaited sunny weather, world cup etc. Agreed, dividend is good, but the lowering SP will strip away that benefit eventually. i've no wish to add more based on this performance, just holding for the moment.
