Thanks for your reply, one of reason's I ask is because all the assets are held as separately companies with their own bord in Mauritius.

I have a question for anyone that can answer! are all debts incurred by Zulu secured on the sale or liquidation of Zulu and not the other asset's in PREM.

I would like nothing more than if he was removed he's a walking disaster that's mismanaged every project in PREM, unfortunately he's surrounded him self yes-men that get paid for delivery on Zulu but none of them are qualified to do so least of all George look at the way he handled RHA... Canmax could remove him but they have confirmed that their not interested in the ownership and/or management of Zulu.

The least he could do after all the failures and all the money people have lost under his poor management is put is hand in his pocket now.

Why the hell Canmax left it to George to pick the plant supplier is beyond belief given his track record.

I just hope the situation can be resolved for the sake of all invested.

I would be very surprised if George had put anywhere near £12-15m in PREM, He's obviously including loans from his family trust fund that he profited from, was it £5m when he started PREM ?

Likewise Acker, do you recall around August 2019! The last time the sp was .0250 lots of people saying PREM was going bust, none of the assets were worth anything and PREM was in the red... We now have an asset worth 100m and a product growing in demand so it's worth a punt by my estimation.

Luthee Canmax have obviously withdrawn support, all they have to do now is call in the interest owed!!! PREM go bust and a Chinese miner moves in that's aligned with Canmax.
