I would have thought Canmax will except 51% for the 60m owed and then setup a debt recovery package that will last for at least a couple of years for getting Zulu into production and paying off existing debt.

It's looking like I suspected! and all about damage limitation now, after the previous attempts failed to raise sufficient funds for the test run and Zulu eventually into production... GR has finally released he will not be CEO when Zulu finally delivers.

Big question is will be shafted by Canmax for GRs failures! I would very much doubt that.

Only 8 weeks left until the 1st of April... Canmax would never support GR going down the CLN route.

The last bridge GR has to cross is already on fire... don't think the next RNS will be too far away.

Jaglith I'm not going to speculate what's going to happen next, I await the next RNS for clarification on the way forward... I do believe if GR fails to deliver by the first of April Canmax will take control of Zulu and produce Sc6 but I don't believe they wish to own it.

Hasiba I found some positives in the last RNS but It's all on the next one now to see if those positives are worth anything.

Far too much uncertainty hanging over PREM for anyone to be confident about the next 3 months, this could very well be the end of PREM so only invest what you can afford to lose!

I'm hopeful a salutation will be found but I will not be surprised if it isn't.

Zuku isn't for sale and if you look on the PREM website Canmax have 14% with an average of .50
