Well said Charlie, you do realise though, that you are going to get labelled as a troll for your condescending comments on Prem... by the Prem rampers...when I look back to last year, we had a chance, given my research to see RHA and ZULU going forward with Prem, now we are looking at alternatives WHY, because George p****d the money away on a gamble called Circum... Had Circum not occurred, Zulu would be at DFS this year... regards RHA... the thorn in Prems side, well that is anyone's guess. Wolf

The investment case here, would be if LTH investors could finally see a return on their investment CF, looking a long way off from that though at the mo.

CF, have you notified Noel that we will most likely be locked in, only last week,he ramped the fact we wouldn't be, and when questioned Noel, no reply... Like I stated earlier, I am sitting on the fence as we have many unanswered questions regards NEWCO... It is looking like we don't have many options though.

Chip, the RNS was complicated to say the least... GR will have to call an AGM and have the motion past, obviously time is needed for this to sink in, we will have our opportunity as share holders to act on this

Well at least Circum still remains with Prem, depending on your entry point, it could take a long time to get your money back though.

When i think of all the share holders money that has gone into building these assets, cant help but feel that we have bee shafted... GR had it in his head to spin off Zulu and separate from Prem... looks like he has seen his chance and gone for it... without taking into account all the money we have put in.

My train of thought too Strongman, the writing is on the wall regards the government signoff , obviously though, time will be needed to get that out in an RNS. My main concern at the moment is who is the JV for RHA? and what terms will be agreed. We can all do our research but the one thing we cant do is pre-empt the boards negotiation with JVs.Wolf

Rest assured clever sheep, the 1 thing the Zim government will not want to do is get involved in a long protracted legal battle... Zim government is on its knees and the only thing that is going to change that is inward investment! If we don't get an RNS on Monday, I'm sure the situation will be resolved very soon regards RHA. I also have a niggling doubt though.... after the KDNC deal fell through, is GR stalling for time until Circum IPO?

Thom, the current market performance over the past 2 weeks doesn't have any real significance regards PREM being down over the last year...Markets are cicular with ups and downs...as I'm sure most traders would agree.

Thom, name me 1 company on AIM that is strapped for cash, yet has an investment as good as Circum... that stands to inject at least 15 mil possibly 30 mil... I for one am not surprised, the sp is starting to build momentum... Slowly I admit, but when news lands, this will fly.
