Noel, I'm not one those that calls for GRs head for the reason you have stated, I also think if there was an attempt to remove him he would decimate the sp then take PREM private!
It looks to me that GRs game plan hasn't change one jot from were it was at this time last year, he's waiting for Circum IPO then he will IPO Zulu RHA will stay with PREM, he wonts Zulu separate from PREM so he can broker a better deal when Zulu gets to DFS.
If GRs plan pans out... all well and good we will all be quid's in, its a pity were so reliant on the Circum team but time is running out for them and its not in there interest to delay any further.

Well said Charlie, I've made my mind up, if GR hasn't produced anything significant by the end of the 1st quarter, I will take the very next opportunity to exit, regardless of the loss, I'm not going to suffer another year like 2018, that was full of bull shit.

Mal, the share price has been decimated over the last three years and PREM have 7 billion shares in issue... we are only just above an all time low because PREM have achieved nothing so far and all you can come up with is conspiracy theories as to why some investors are really pissed off!!!

For anyone looking in... PREMs assets and low share price must look very tempting but you have to ask yourself who paid for those assets!!! GR is very good at accumulating assets at the expense of the share holders... sadly he lacks the business acumen to monetise on them.... so far.

Yes it would be more prudent for GR to sell our stake in Circum, when an announcement is made by them to IPO, I fear though, GR will not do that, much preferring to sell after Circum IPO, when we will most likely be locked in anyway. I have lost faith in the Circum team, they have dragged their feet for to long, there are plenty of fertilizer companies coming on-board before Circum, two in Ethiopia, Kore potash in the Congo, our very own Sirius with its Polyhalite to name but a few.

I'm hoping GR releases an RNS to say we are selling our stake in Circum to cover PREMs running cost and take Zulu to DFS in 2019... on going discussions with the Zim gov. are in their final stages to fund RHA back into production... (well I can dream cant I) the longer it takes for an RNS to come out today the better it will be, I'm hoping it will arrive after hours... GLA

I just hope the government make a move to fund RHA before the Newco is set up and were not left dangling until after.

Thom,It is not hard to see why people are so bullish about Prem, we don't hold ant debt, and there is still everything to play for regards the assets.
