tedoby, it may be tomorrow next week or next month, just wandering like most on here because we have had 12 months of this dangling carrot!!! I would be interested, given the last 12 months.... what would you have done regards the right thing to do, to return share holder value and stop your investment sinking to an all time low. Wolf

I wonder how much more money will be sunk into that money pit before GR realises the true cost of his obsession with RHA...Wolf

ACKER... I'm not totally reliant on hearsay when it comes to Circum... but as I found out last time nothing is written in stone until after the event!

I have my fingers crossed and toes:) hoping that Circum lands in the first quarter.

December is very important month for PREM holders... we about to run out of working capital and I'm at odds as to what GR will do....GR is a bit of a maverick to say the least, and just when you think you know him, he has that ability to turn your beliefs on its head. GLA. Wolf

Tedoby, I'm prepared to give GR the benefit of the doubt because most of my last post would have only come good given hindsight... GR wasn't to know that backing RHA instead of Zulu was the way forward, but he does he does now...
The same scenario with Circum is with us at the moment... Circum plan to make a move in the 1st quarter of next year, that gives GR an opportunity to rethink his strategy regards RHA and focus his attention on Zulu, we don't need JVs or a NEWCO, GR can unlock the funds if he wishes to project Zulu forward and avoid giving away percentages of our assets to JVs at this early stage in development, surely regards Zulu, it would be far better for Prem to advance it to DFS, then we will have the opportunity to look at a partner to take Zulu through mine development and production.Wolf

Those with blinkered vision would have us believe that it no fault of GR, that the company has not progressed at all in 2018 infarct it has gone backwards, having to take on a loan for 300k, raised the shares by 2billion and throw away 750k on a damp squid, this year never had to end like that , at the beginning of the year, GR boasted that our stake in Circum was worth 10 million and to those in the know, and I do believe GR was one of them, Circum planned to IPO April time so why didn't take the initiative to sell 5 million of our Circum shares, he would have had plenty of takers at the time, he could have then progressed Zulu to DFS this year and still had plenty of money to cover Prems running costs until the end of the year... when will GR learn to prioritise our No 1 asset instead of kicking it to the side-lines in favour of that money pit RHA...Wolf

Well said Jeremiah, this situation has gone on for long enough, its a pity the two action groups cant come together and demand if there is no sign of for RHA in one weeks time, GR should liquidate RHA in order to progress the KME deal, I'm not a big fan of the KME deal because I'm still at odds to understand how that is going to be financially structured but, as we don't have the funds to progress the assets, I don't see we have much choice and the only other alternative would be to wait for Circum and that's not a god given.Wolf

Curo, keeping the faith has been my downfall so far in Prem...with any investment you should do your research, with KME I have drawn a blank concerning their financial status, if you have anything to offer my previous post, then thank you... if you don't, do one

Afmine, can anybody tell me what their financial status is... my research has drawn a blank... obviously its not a registered company in the UK and I'm very suspicious of any company when I cant research their financial status. Wolf

Moljen,i was very surprised when Noel set up the action group given he was so pro-Prem at the time, was that a deflection so someone more meaningful couldn't do so.

Don't blame you for trading Prem Acker, the only people that have made money is the traders this year , as you can see from the posts today, a lot them have had their fingers burned...I'm not that phased by what GR has said about the government today... if it holds back the KME deal, that's all well and good for me, I would much rather the KME Newco dosent go ahead... and i will be happy to take the Circum gamble.Wolf

Even if the merger with KME goes ahead, its that complex, I cant see it being sorted until after the rainy season ends... its sad when you look back to December last year when GR said he was on the phone constantly talking to potential interested parties in Zulu, WHAT WENT WRONG???. wtf has the signoff got to do with progressing Zulu, we have lost a year now of taking Zulu forward... and for what?? that money pit called RHA. Wolf

Why would it be an interesting week ahead? if we get the signoff next week, we will own 90% of a non-profitable mine instead of 49%, This is one of the reasons in a previous post, I suggested long term holders have been shafted with the KME deal... if that goes ahead... 20+ mil, of Prem's investors money has gone!!!!... and given the core results, its going to take a long time to pay that money back. Personally, I'm holding out for Circum, if that lands in the first quarter, I can see a way forward for Prem and more importantly, Zulu.Wolf

Jeremiah... there was a time when we saw eye to eye on the assets! I understand your frustration...why do you now agree with the life styles scenario?
