His theory is to never buy assets that are dependent on someone paying more than you did for it. So he stays away from commodities, crypto, etc.

I've had a small top up at 115p.

Look to have almost caught the bottom.

This is not a share to be worrying over daily movements.

Buy the dips and look back in five years.

Why wouldn’t they disclose an R&D credit though? It’s hardly great shakes for an innovative business.

Other than a small holding I’m out of SYME now and topped up elsewhere on a dip last week.

For me the CLN deal is good for the company but potentially crap for SH. I’m gonna see how it plays out and probably build up a position again later in the summer.

Building a big position in here next week.

When I read the RNS this morning it did give me the impression that this is the start of journey so wasn’t expecting a huge rise.

I’ll caveat that with I’m sh it at science, don’t know anything about mining and am literally hanging off the coat tails of the earlier investors here.

What is a non-trading payment anyway? Some kind of donation or something with nothing wanted back in return?

Hi Hexham - couple of points to add given the monthly information we are given is gross not net, so we don’t really know how much overhead the increased activity impacts on the bottom line. Also this year usd has weakened so benchmarked against last year where we saw exchange differences adding to the bottom line this year that will/should reverse somewhat unless the usd goes on a charge for the rest of the year. Also we will have increased depreciation on the new kit. Depending on what happens with BTC and crypto in general for the remainder of the year I’d expect to see a significant improvement on last year but nowhere near £50m+.

If a young growing vibrant company has a PE of 10 then something is amiss.

The PE is way too low. Based in last reported profit and current market cap I make it around 235 on a bag of a fag packet calculation.

Based on £1.41 per share a PE of 10 would return over £50m profit this year..

HKK - you’ll still need someone to lend you the crypto though right? It’s just replacing fiat?

Hope you’re okay. I’m in deep here at the moment but still think it could happen. Hard for think inJan I was sitting on a 40% profit.

Worst part being the lack of comms so don’t know if many is coming in or not. No placing so far though.

IG don’t let you buy shares in Crypto companies unless you’re a professional trade …. IG …. A trading platform.

Bizarrely though they’ll let you do a CFD which is far more risky and open to massive loses on the volatility.

I think once people start going back to the office regularly they end up being there more. Unless you have a horrible inner city commute.

I work in an area where we are seeing mental health issues start to creep in amongst remote especially amongst IT staff who are prone to social anxieties, awkwardness, etc.

Rather selfishly I can have a decent top up here and quadruple my holding at the end of the month so I’m hoping I can grab sub 20.

Yet the growth shares have rallied.

Yep if it goes sub 350 I’m loading up again.

I hit the sweet spot in Feb/Mar so took some off the table to take advantage elsewhere so am looking for a decent top up again.

Yep this is in line with expectations. I think any rise would be more likely driven by the AFC program addressing the ESG concerns,

Excellent performance in the UK & US. ROE and ROW letting the side down.

I assume the concentration isn’t on these markets.

I haven’t read it throughly yet but I’d be interested to know what the like for like sales are and how much of this growth is organic and how much is powered by acquisitions.
