Regardless of where companies are registered you gave to pay corporate taxes in the countries you are operating in and then taxed on your global income in the country you are registered (usually less tax you have paid elsewhere but that’s not an exact science). This is why tech mega corps register in a low tax jurisdiction (like Ireland) and try and route as many of their European profits through there by making trademark rental charges to the other Euro operations,.
So I would expect Argo to pay tax in Canada, where operations are based, and then some to the UK where we are registered. Once we have the Texas site up and running we would be subject to some US taxes as well.
