Hexam is definitely not responsible for any lies or misinformation.
'Wow WeeWee - even The Telegraph uses the words class action for group litigation.
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2023/10/26/boohoo-faces-100m-modern-slavery-class-action-from-investor/'
If I had something legal to deal with I wouldn't consult a journalist ..... As a I said before it's a common misunderstanding.
Some way some of the financial journalism is a bit circumspect if you don't go to a quality source.
You've got nothing to do PeePer, hence why you are posting here. You're a sad act.
I've told you already my average is 40p. look at the time.one of my starting to post here again. I've never had Evraz shares followed it because it was an interesting and bizarre case.
I've got you that wound up that you are literally making lies up now. You have no idea of the quantities of what I've hold or how much I've made or lost.
This share has beat you up and now you don't like anyone else enjoying their investments. The ultimate jilted lover.
What do/did you do for a living PeePee? We know you're not very smart, you don't appear to have any common sense, you haven't got any particular likeable or friendly traits.
I'm thinking something like a traffic warden.
I haven't back tracked on anything. I didn't say groups couldn't litigate - they can and obviously do in the UK everyday.
I said you couldn't carry out a class action and you can't because it's a US mechanism.
I can't help it if you can't understand this.
PeePer - this is exactly my point about you. The links you post are not relative to class actions. Thick as mince.
Never known anyone to misunderstand so regularly but profess to know so much. Try extending your knowledge a bit further than Google searching. Maybe go back to school and take some lessons or something.
Either that or you'll be forever stuck licking windows and it don't look good on you.
PeePee - I deal with legal folk nearly every day ...
I understand group litigation but a class action is a mechanism specific to the US.
You're wrong and the fact that you claim to have been part of one either makes you a liar or a dopey sausage. The jury is still out.
You may have seen part of a group litigation, but it wouldn't have been a class action, unless you were in the USA, in which case it wouldn't have been in the UK and my point remains.
That the problem when you lie - you end up getting caught out. Either that or you need to stop punching above you weight because you sure don't box clever.
Group Ligation isn't the same as a class action. I repeat:
'You may have thought you were part of one, let's face it you regularly mis-understand things you have read or been told.'
'WeeWee - you have zero credibility. You know nothing and pretend to know something. The losing shares you get sucked inot thinking you're going to make loads and then lose loads.'
Let's not forgot the £600k you've lost here .... The reason you hanging round here like an eggy fart in a lift because you just can't let go. The share that occupies your mind 24/7.
You have no idea how much I've mad or lost, not a clue.
'WeeWee - I've been part of a class action in the UK so take your bs elsewhere.'
Have you heck PeePer - it's not possible. You may have thought you were part of one, let's face it you regularly mis-understand things you have read or been told.
PeePer - Find something productive to do with your time for heavens sake.
You have zero credibility here and no one is interested in the slightest in anything you have to say.
There is no mechanism for carrying out a class action in the UK. It's a US thing. Trust me. It's not the same as a group litigation. I'm not a legal expert but I know this for a fact because I have come across it before in my line of work.
It's commonly misunderstood. Top many John Grisham novels.
I'm really seeing that the benefit is unless you have your SIPP with one provider and then use something like IG for trading.
Yes Big Mike would have saved Debs if only they had let him.
Simon - I'm no legal expert but class actions do not exist in the UK.
Yes they have a digital transformation strategy. Go read their annual report. We can help you out with any big words you get stuck on.
PeePer - I’ve got lots of shares. Some I’ve held for years. I’ve made a lot of money in the likes of Tesla, Apple, Glencore, etc. I’ve got stable shares that tick along with a nice dividend that you keep in the bottom draw like BP, MNG and L & G. I’ve held Next for years.
My average here is 40p which I am more than comfortable with.
Seem to have hit a nerve it seems given your multi post response. That’s because everyone who has followed your history knows that you bought and ramped all the way up past £4 and lost £600k on the way down. Ouch!
No wonder you’re hanging round here like a jilted lover. You’re not just thick as mince.
The iis will be feeding the shorters.
PeePer - to understand why Frasers are buying asos and boohoo one only has to read their annual report.
‘ Frasers aren't interested in buying two loss making companies like Asos and Boohoo. ’
Yet they keep accidentally buying large swathes of both companies ….
You loved lighting the touch paper though DTN
You weren’t great at averaging up to be fair PeePer,
Not too sure you’re the best person to be dishing out advice on the subject,
