ADM Energy holds a 5% equity investment in the Aje field in OML 113, which covers an area of 835 sq km offshore Nigeria. Aje has multiple oil, gas and gas condensate reservoirs in the Turonian, Cenomanian and Albian sandstones with five wells drilled to date. It currently has two producing wells, Aje-4 in the Cenomanian and Aje-5 in the Turonian.

Is equity investment the same as participating interest

An one off dividends is a good idea and will in my opinion boost the SP. I suspect it would be difficult for the BOD to correctly predict the year end profit with halving, so they might be being prudent not giving out estimations, until nearer after halving has taken place. The last thing they want is to over estimate and under perform.

On 4th February, RNS stated we had 16,500 machines up and running, so i am hopeful we achieve 2.5 million rev.

My personal view is

Retain 7 to 10 million as buffer
Small dividends
Then rest on machines ..

BTC on the up..

It would make sense to get the machines up and running ASAP, I guess there are delays getting them from China as well .

What are your thoughts on ARB placing another Order for machines ? I have read they have capacity for doubling their current machines in their current setup , but also read they intend on having 17,000 in 2020 .

Any thoughts ?

assuming a prudent 50% margin , that would be £1.5million.

February's update will be the turning point for me, 1650 machines all powered up, BTC staying above 9,500 to date. Any guesses what revenue will be for Feb?

We should see a steady rise in Sp until early March assuming the BTC doesn't drop, I expect the SP to be around 25 within six months .

Juxtapose - This a great balanced post . Funding is clearly the issue here , once this has been sorted , the sp should be in the early 20's.

Dan - I agree with you , you don't go to the bank for a mortgage if you haven't a property your interested in.

I will be surprised if we dont get news of a deal this month, it seems the new BOD are improving the communication to shareholders. I believe a lot more PI's will invest on the news of a deal and fingers crossed the SP goes up sharply then.

Reference placing, i would be surprised if they did a placing with the current SP, it would make no sense, but after some news , a placing is a possibility and in my opinion , a placing at the right place, could help stabilise the SP, as Peel are dictating the price at the moment.
