nearly 10% down today, some big sales. am sitting on the sidelines as soon will be a good moment to get in.

Fair enough te share conversion and I understand its their option to convert. Maybe am a bit biased on this, but still am glad it has been set at that price(22 p) and not something lower. Even if a different case, I was quite dissapointed when in the last share dilution they did it at rock bottom prices. Even if this time we are just talking about an option to convert, I feel better to see its at a more reasonable price, somewhat valuing the company in a better way,if it makes sense. We just need more news so u can be very jolly again

I think price has not moved much today, because in part the market had been pricing this news already in the last few weeks. Still, the RNS is positive: -Have managed to reduced cost of financing, so even if expected, good we've done it. -The potential conversion to shares (of 22 p) shows-if there was any doubts- that there are people (financiers in this case) out there we are trading at a big discount. My thinking is that if they are willing to convert it at 22p it's because they feel it's worth 30p, at least. -good to see business is doing "as expected" I still expect this to carry on trading in this narrow range untill stronger news are released. December perhaps

both ways recently. This week we have seen a few big sales and in the last 4-6 weeks we have also seen 100K buys on a regular basis (i have wondered if many of them from the same buyer). It seems this share is much more liquid than before, that's clearly a change here. In my view having greater liquidity is a good sign (the opposite would be bad news!) and can only mean we are in people's radar much more than before. I would still expect this to keep trading in a narrow range until news and then breakout! GLA

just to add to my previous post, personally i strongly think we will have rns before that time frame of 4 weeks and if as good as expected we will go straight to the 25 p level and from there, it seems free terrain until next hurdle, 30p again, dyor

I reckon we have got strong support at 15.75/16 p, so i would be surprised if we go below that. this week has been terribly bad as it appears not a single buy and today we got two big sales. It's fair to say RSI was massively overbought a few days ago so tiny correction was expected and also expected a bit of trading in a tight range between 16p and 18/9p. all imho so i hope everyone does their own research.

keep sinking with no signs of bouncing back. keepin an eye here, as it will soon be a bargain, I think!

Share holders here. I was holding a few months back and sold at a mere 20% profit. Today would have been 50% .like this company. Will def get back in if it drops again as has done in the past. I also see that pattern in the chart. . The D buy looks a sign I may not get the chance!!! Gla

Finally, we have been seeing some nice technical action here recently. From long term perspective we have broken a nearly 2 year long resistance for first time and so far managing to stay above it. From a short term perspective we facing some lateral resistance at 18 p but have very strong support at 16 p making a very tight trading range 16-18 p that could still take place in the coming days( rsi shows overbought). Not for long though as we said before news is imminent, even by PAN standards. 200 dma seems to have bottomed out and may be reversing. 10 dma and 20 dma also bullish. The fundamentals of PAN ...we all know them very well. A cash making business. It's really exciting and really looking forward to the coming days when the folks at the board decide to treat us as we deserve and publish some damn good news.

I was shareholder here last year and thinking of buying again. I will do my own research, but in the meantime, anyone can offer a quick synopsis of the latest here? thanks

We've just pierced through that resistance line that has kept price downwards since Jan 11. Twice before (Feb 12 & Sept12) we had crashed into that resistance. it's excellent news we have managed to go through it now. Additionally, we also see other bullish bullish indicators , i.e. moving averages. I really think that's a sign that the market(or part of it) has started to price in the good news about to come. Do your own diligence, but the so long awaited breakout from that downward channel we have been, and consequently the re-rating of this share, is imminent, IMHO .........

More buys today;, the sp about to cross that resistance line that have kept the price downwards since Feb 2011; and we even get new people posting in this board... Can anyone smell the news?

Good buys today including another 100k- there's been a few of those recently as noted by this board. Definitely the activity levels in this share are increasing, but sp doesn't seem to move substantially higher or lower.

Very strange indeed, guys. One thing for sure though, we are going to get some news very soon, not sure of what nature, but for sure there's some news on the way...

Lowie and BITB, making good points about this. Personally, I do expect them to announce re-financing agreement relatively soon . Looking at the last RNS it seems this is a top priority and already engaged in conversations so they don't seen to be waiting for the existing contracts to run out etc. As ever, with PAN/BTC time frames are relative, but it should happen within the next 4-8 weeks I would say... --------- On another subject, it seems the sp is currently consolidating and holding quite well after recent rally (RSI still shows overbought) and still above 200 dma, which hopefully should be a good resistance for us.

You did very well in your post on the other board yesterday by the way. Clearly you know the company well. Can't wait to read your post on expectations for full year results, lol ....
