Sorry if it's already been answered but can anyone confirm if 27.70 is the correct closing price. It seems to list this here, Advfn, London stock exchange and HL (has same percentage increase but different share price). But Google has it like approx 10 percent lower than the rest?. I don't agree with suspending this chat board. If anyone is out of line they can be reported and removed. I missed what was said last week but they have been removed so it clearly works. I think anything short of abuse of other people or guessing the rto should be fine. As guessing the rto could jeopardise the deal and abuse of other is not tolerated.

I suggest people stop replying to any negative headlines as it's then kept at the top of the messageboard and keeps the negative message going. Really the share price shouldn't drop as its more good news. We really should be well above where we are now. We have had good news after good news adding value to the company and yet we are well below the peak before all this extra value has been added and good news happened. So I wouldn't like to guess where the price will go at this point as it seems to do what it likes. Highly manipulated in my opinion.

I do agree that all we can do is wait. As much as this has been a frustratingly long period of time to get this done my view is that surely at this stage if they were going to report the whole process as failed they would have done it a while back. I doubt there is much money if any left at this point based on the rate they burned through money when they last reported prior to us being suspended and delisted. Fingers crossed the wait is rewarded. It's certainly taught me not to get involved in a cash shell again, wouldn't touch them again based on my experience here.

Fingers crossed the share price improves as I've got to access between 25 and 30k to settle some legal problems I previously mentioned within the next month or two and the less shares I have to part with the better. I'm sad because I've never sold any of my shares here and have only added it's just a shame that circumstances have changed while the FSP process has continued. All the best everyone.

I think most people have written this off and anything else will be a bonus. There's nothing to discuss really which is probably why the messageboard is so quiet. It's been so long now without anything of real substance for us to talk about.

What happened to your predicted rns lametree?

I don't have 20k to top up my ISA. The only way I could fund it is to sell some EUA shares then buy them back in the ISA. I would have to wait for the funds to settle so I risk losing out if the big news arrives or the share price shoots up. It's a difficult one to know when to time if I'm honest. I'm with HL.

Carskennygreen, once the money is in your isa any sales within that will be tax free straight away. However you will have to pay any tax on profit from the sale in your normal trading account, also you will have to wait until the money settles from the sale before you will be able to transfer the cash from the sale into your ISA so it will be a few days you will not be able to transfer it the same day.

Well done Andre, I wish you best of luck, someone needs to do something as its getting beyond a joke the way this share has been manipulated. Today was absolutely shocking. I really hope the whole process is concluded and the company sold as soon as possible. Preferably taking the shorters by surprise so they lose their shirts.
