Can anyone advise about capital losses on shares that have been sold please. I know that you can use these losses to offset any future gains over the threshold but can they only be used against the profit from shares that have been sold or can they be used against dividend income?. Thank you.

Whatever the deal ends up being it still has to be voted on by the shareholders so I'm fairly certain that they wouldn't put something to us that they feel is unfair and which we wouldn't accept. The BOD have proven themselves to be fully alligned with the shareholders with themselves having a large amount of shares and seeking maximum shareholder return.

Honestly TBTT we know what your opinion is by now. We get it you think this share is a dog no need to keep repeating it constantly. There's loads of shares I think are dogs but I don't have the time to go posting on all of those. You aren't invested here yet post more than some of the people that actually have a vested interest here. Perhaps find a hobby as you seem to have way too much time on your hands. Filtered as getting boring at this point yawn!

The way I see it, we have to accept this deal otherwise we end up with nothing. So I can't understand why anyone wouldn't just approve it. The alternative is zero so as much as this deal is unimpressive it's all we have. Anyone who thinks we are going to get something else if it's voted down is kidding themselves I mean look how long it took them to get this so called deal..

They need to at least address shareholders concerns and the falling share price. I notice that when we had that sudden jump in price they were quick to issue a statement but the constant drop and nothing.

Anyone silly enough to have stop losses here deserves to have them taken out. We all know how easily manipulated the share price is at this point.

Nothing surprises me anymore with this bod. They hardly showered themselves with glory before we were suspended. They are consistent I'll give them that.

I think everyone will approve this deal. After all the alternative is nothing. I will certainly vote in favour of it.

We have had nothing but good news and it's drop after drop. I dread to think where we would be on bad news!. It ridiculous at this point. They need to sell to realise the full value as clearly the stock market won't reflect it.
