I had shares with Hargreaves landsdown. I sold them last Fri.

If the challenge is successful by hoskins will those of us that sold last Friday onwards at a huge loss he entitled to anything?. I've already reported them to the FCA.

Thanks Wellies. I'm no where near over the loss but I'm coping with it better than I was and have moved from the edge. Barring any other nightmares coming up I should be away from the edge at least for now!. Thanks for your support :-)

No one can tell you what to do Gell you have to decide. I took a 26k loss at 3.5p and it nearly destroyed me. I just think that the way things are you need to seriously consider selling at the best price you can get above 1p and it doesn't look like things will get any better. But you must make the decision yourself based on what you think no one else.

Woodstock1970. I've been suffering from depression for a while and especially so these past 6 months so needless to say this nearly tipped me over the edge. I'm getting some support with it at the moment.

I have to agree. Virgin and stobart etc are vultures but it's the BOD who are to blame as they had a duty to shareholders whereas Virgin etc only have a duty to their shareholders which they have met.

To others who say why waste your time etc I don't agree, if if there's no chance or very little then why not try it's better than doing nothint and takes very little time to do.

Picardy thank you for your advice. Do you think looking at the situation with flybe that there is any chance of the FCA taking any action based on everything you know and your experience?. I must admit I am no where near knowledgeable enough to put a decent case forward myself as I don't have experience in thst area. I've just thought I will put something in to support the others who have contacted them. I don't expect anything to come out of it but I feel that at least I've done something as I've already accepted that my money is lost so to me trying is better than nothing as it's not going to cost me anymore.

I wish to make a formal complaint against flybe. I would like to report potential market abuse by the board of directors. I would like to refer you to the RNS statements issued, the stock exchange rules and recent management statements as proof of this.

Could this case please be passed to the relevant department within the financial conduct authority for this to be investigated further and please could you let me know once there is a case number.

I have lost 26 thousand pounds which I believe is due to market abuse by the board and wish this to be fully investigated.

I feel your pain fieldmouse. My 26k loss has devastated me. I have complained to the FCA as nothing more to lose here.

I've emailed them to see what they say. Nothing to lose at this stage by seeing if they can do anything. Doubt they can but what's the harm in contacting them at least we have tried.

Should we all complain and quote your case number to add weight to it or write our own seperate. Putting something like I believe the board of directors dilberately misled the shareholders?. Is there an email address?. Thanks
