Is the share delisting and what happens to our shares when it does?

They agreed to a placing of more shares that went into the market on Tuesday. This therefore meant that although he still has the same number of shares because there are now more shares in circulation his percentage of the company has reduced but he hasn't sold any shares.

The vile people who ramped this share up sold out and disappeared I hope karma gets them. As for those who enjoy revelling in other people's misery at their losses I'm certain karma will catch up with them too. You always reap what you sow in the end. There were some decent people on this board and also some real a*seholes!

Only if you can get these for below 1p a share including any trading fees and the spread would they be worth buying. Anything above 1p including all fees etc will mean a loss.

If your giving away cash woodstock I will happily take some off your hands please :-)

Day trading 350 seems the safest way to be honest. Well as safe as it gets in stocks! Less likely to lose your shirt

Hi woodstock. I'm okay thanks busy losing money investing in other shares! :-) I hope your okay. I have kept an eye on this board to try and make sure people dont make the same mistake I did and buy into flybe. If I can save other people from losing money then at least I've done something positive.

It really doesn't matter what you or me think or what our thoughts are. The facts are the deal has been agreed and signed off and anyone holding when the shares are suspended will get 1p. Those are the facts and nothing you think will change that. I am just posting as I like many other lost a lot of money here and I don't want anyone else to lose.

The fool with one post popping up to say buy what a surprise. I urge everyone who is thinking of buying- do not do so. It's 1p that's been agreed buying in above 1p is throwing your money away!

On another note does anyone see advertisements for yu group energy. I know it's prob because I regually search for yu group due to being invested but it seems that i keep seeing adverts for the company being a bold alternative to the big 6 everytime I go on different websites now and I don't have a company to switch my power to yu group!

I have to agree. Nothing much is happening to this share either in terms of a big rise or a fall until more news. The only thing that will shift this is news of the fca investigation or a trading update. Since Bobby owns half the company it's unlikely anyone is building for a takeover. I can't see any big sells or buys over the past few weeks.
