Toffers has like 600,000 shares (by all accounts) so trading 30,000 isn’t a problem people. If your strategy is to follow someone else on a BB then you’re in the wrong game anyway. Do your own research and make your own decisions.

Thanks for the facts Toffers, the deceiving poster has been reported for his deceit and childish behaviour. He’s only been on here since December and looking back over his posts he’s been wrong every time. Hopefully that’s a further good omen for us. I don’t post here often and unfortunately these sort of posters are the reason why. Total tool…
Only short term Quickdip, longer term it’s just pent up demand that the house builders will benefit from when things start taking off again. It’s pure and simply supply and demand and no one can argue there isn’t a massive supply issue in the UK. Houses can only go one way after this minor correction, invest now for large future gains or get left behind
(imho obviously, do your own research)
Cossley yes that is true they won’t be paying out as higher percentage of profits now although they did say they’d pay out excess moneys by special dividend or buy backs. I expect profits to increase well when the factory is online due to the extra capacity which will take some of that up.

You say it won’t happen again but I’m not sure why you think that. I’m expecting something to help the industry and first time buyers to come out soon if not next week and once the factory come on stream (like finch said) it’ll be a game changer with the potential to add 6,000 extra completions when things are on the up again. This is supposed to be ready in the next 2 years if memory serves me correctly. So £30 a share is more than achievable in time imho and I’d expect the dividends to be in the pounds again too.
My opinion obviously :)
