I would assume that they are funds purchases & go through as individual account trades.

This would be accounted for as part of the fund charges but they buy & sell a share as a persentage of the fund.

The client would not see the trade but feel the cost as a fund charge.

The well interventions following HH2 clean up & the duel flow from HH1 are on hold due to safe working practices though the Cornavirus.

This will also have a material effect as to how may barrel oil can be produced in 2020 apart from the oil price.

I find it very ironic that after so many years of looking for the development of HH with a competent CEO you are agreaved that he is rewarded for the successes he has brought.

The current fund raise may not seem ideal in timing but will save $10 per barrel oil in costs so is of prime importance & even more beneficial with future flows.

There will be a big difference in the fundamentals once the production figures are added as revenue figures.

You are now advising shareholders to sell when they are about to reap there rewards!

Adrian while I understand you have a grievance with SS /UKOG I suggest you read the relevant RNS's from 9.10.2019 through December as in my opinion the RNS figures do not back up you statements of what you were told from the site of the Kimmeridge not producing as it was messed up by the drill of HH2.

It may be possible that you miss understood what was said to you as the comments may have been referring to the interference testing between HH1 & HH2 but on 18 December 2019 HH1 Kimmeridge was flowing a average of 301 BOPD average after initial 1/2 hour flows of 354BOPD .

The Kimmeridge flows continued until the Portland recommenced flows on the 16 January 2020.

It is all in the RNS's maybe they have been playing you for a Fool from the site but the RNS' s don't seem to bare out your version of events & on that basis.

You also seem to be revealing information now which you claimed to have in November 2019.

If you were being as honest as you always claimed with the people you reported to you would have released that information in November 2019 not May 2020.

How can you claim any credibility it seem to be one lie after another what was & is your agenda?

With Alba having a market cap of less than half the value than what they want for there 11% of horse hill alone, UKOG would be better to buy the company out completely & sell or develop the other assets like the St David's gold mine which Alba keep telling there investors of it's great value apart from Ireland & Greenland.

That's true but the reserves will provide the underlying security for the times when thinks don't go exactly to plan.

I appreciate that the funds used for the water fix may have previously been used to purchase the cost reduction equipment.

But the company needs to expect & prepare for the unexpected!

While I agree with your comments I think that there are lessons to be learnt & that intails putting reserves in place ASAP & not letting shareholders fly by the seat of there pants.

This should be the 1st objective of the BOD as it will not only protect shareholders but the company, it's employees & suppliers, funded & organic growth can follow.
