I believe that they wanted to see the extent of the Kimmeridge layer at Loxley before returning to BB.
Unfortunately Loxley has not yet been granted and would still be a appraisal well.
The UK needs oil and gas now not in a few years.
If BB flows it will fund the Loxley appraisal when permission is granted.
We need action now to strike while the iron is hot in my opinion.
It would be great to see SS words from his interview saying that UKOG should be producing 2000BOPD by the end of the year come true.
I think that is Sussex County Council not Surrey Council and the councillors were quite amenable to the site being retained on the last two occasions.
Hopefully that would be favourable for a return and I believe a renewal of site retention is due soon anyway.

BB was discribed as likely sub commercial in March 2018 below is the Brent crude price from the time is currently $130 per barrel.

A reminder of Broadford Bridge;

We need to see the UKOG board of directors really get things moving now.
Horse Hill should start to move forward now hopefully with Loxley permissions granted.
Hopefully now Loxley will take second place and UKOG will return to Broadford bridge at the earliest opportunity and drill the forecast short sidetrack that was advised as needed.
There is still a permit for BB and the 100% UKOG owned PEDL234 already has OGA permission as a production licence.
Let's see some sparks fly and things get really moving.

Every day was going to be be a placing day by UKOG according to Cyndiliar!
It has not happened yet and if it doesn't happen before the end of March the BOD will have achieved not having used its possible full allocation of shares it could place.
Possibly a first which may seem a small step but it is definitely a growth senario compared to previous years.
Hopefully the next steps will be 2 forward and no steps back.

It will as the forward figures will be more positive and the constant placing that you keep talking about just have not come.
Sooner or later the market will start to see the value in UKOG and it's development.
UKOG ready to move forward. Bring it on!
Here is what DL had to say.

The timelines are obscured as are they from SS but what we need is a new HH CPR released with a sidetrack drilled into the Kimmerige at Horse Hill with the data produced from the EWT that justified the buy out of partners including the 35% stake of tellurian and the planning permission for the upgrade of Horse Hill site to 6 production wells and water injection wells.
