Hopefully this years AGM will have all the bells & whistles.

Last year was certainly a bit daunting in the shadow of BB.

This year we are still in the middle of the EWT at HH & awaiting results & a CPR which we know has been successful but as of yet we don't know quite how successful we have been apart for the need to drill 4 additional wells & need a viewing platform on site.

That all forgets to mention the other 5 planned wells in 95-100% UKOG owned sites next year.

If this is true & this has been removed from the injunction it is in my opinion not about the right of protest in a peacefully manner.

The reason that I believe this is: I do not believe it is peaceful protest to harass or intimidate companies, suppliers or there employees in providing goods or services to another company which includes slow walking or climbing on lorries.

This conduct apart from a safety risk to protestors & employees, prevents a law abiding company going about its business in a efficient manor.

If it is the case I believe UKOG solicitors should look to bring private prosecutions against the people involved to recover costs that are incurred by the company & the private investors who have to fund the companies activities.

What do you think would happen if UKOG staff, & suppliers & shareholders went out to the same place do do what is called a peacefully protest.

I think it could be close to a civil war.

I am not saying that voices can not be herd, but if costs are incurred in work which has permission under the law of the land the courts one way or another have a duty to uphold that law.

That is to ensure that protests are not detrimental to the businesses interests providing that service. Maybe that would involve a different court but I believe that UKOG should deal with individuals not a group of bullies.

I was hoping to hear that the £3.5 million raise was to fund the new sidetrack at BB & that they were going to accelerate the planning to return there while these other operations continue.

Obviously lots of potential news expected not to mention what RNS we may receive tomorrow once the shares & £3.5 million is in circulation.

The tension is building with this raise, expected EWT results, CPR, the drills, the testing, all the planning going ON before production.

So a big year ahead!

If it was announced that the proceeds of the placing were for funding new sites within the HH licence area to roll new drilling sites do you not think that this would be a major step change in the growth of UKOG?

The other resolution or ammendment to consider for the AGM is that the directors options periods can not be extended without specific shareholder approval with a justify able reason.

This week the Alba directors payed 28% over the market price to take up there options.

Does anyone think SS would do this.

The one thing that may be holding SS up in taking his options is the president that will be set by UKOG in the Weald by getting planning & production from six Wells.

On the theory that we have been sold once this is achieved 6 well sites can be replicated a cross the Weald with the promised growth strategy & funding & realistic time frames for the other licence projects.

ie: the tip of the iceburg.

What I find ironic is that we have a non executive director in Mr Marsdon who is a ex finance director from Total who should be holding the executive to account.

The key question is.

Is he doing his job in the interests of shareholders. This may be the case that he believes the fund raising is in shareholders interests.

He is under FSA rules considered independent. If so on balance of the information available to the BOD in creating a strategy for UKOG we need to trust but the taking & holding of the options shares will show that the directors believe in the decisions that they are making for themselves, the company & shareholders so let's see them put there money where they are prepared to dilute others Investments for the best interests of all.

I believe that time has come.

Timing is all important so without knowing if the funds are for a completion of HH % business or imminent business elsewhere that can not wait until the CPR is released.

The frustrations & uncertainty that we shareholders feel is understandable in part as SS is not communicating which is leaving shareholders feeling vulnerable.

It is interesting to look at where the share price was a this stage last year & what level it reached within a short period even with the funds raised at that stage, that happened even after what had happened with the failure of BB.

So imagine what could happen with a successful CPR, Drilling & successfully flow testing the 2 wells & gaining planning permission for drilling 4 additional wells with the permission for 20 years of production at HH for all 6 Wells.

SS seems to be a few steps ahead & we are not yet financially strong enough to have working capital or financing to plan & fund projects 2-3 years ahead but I think that the time is coming for our leader to show his belief in our company by taking up his options as he expects shareholders to blindly follow his lead with the dilution of there holdings.

I think that should SS not take his options by the 2 expiry dates later in the year his position as our leader may become untenable any shareholders who are so disalusioned should look to bring resolutions at the AGM to prevent the executives continual dilution without the approval of shareholders & this could also apply to payment for %'s.

I think that if SS was only looking at the short term he would not be looking to lower the share price & would want it as high as possible when he takes his 55 million share options he needs to take this year or lose.

Does anyone think that there is any significance in UKOG continually blowing its trumpet for how good the flows rates & value from the Portland are when the flows from the Kimmeridge are 2 1/2 times that level .

At the moment we have very little information apart from the controlled flow rates from the Kimmeridge but I can not wait for the CPR.

In case you had not read the Alba RNS despite the 10% SP rise today the 2 directors paid a 28% premium on last nights closing price to take up there options today which means that they could have let them lapse & bought them cheaper in the market.

You may also be interested to know that they have not sold them as of yet!
