Spot on DHC

In saying that UKOG has the ex Hurricane finance director as a non executive director I am sure he can advise on this issue to shareholders benefit for development not dilution.

With the size of my currant holding with all the dilution since before the BB issues what I want most is to see value being added & as you say DHC I am happy with SS technical field knowledge & developments but if he is not going to keep his promises to provide significant value by the and of 2019 he should move over like Jonathan Tidswell so a business minded Chairman/CEO can bring the results that we need for shareholders & constructive business development by share price growth.

I also ment do directors get 1 share for 1 share even after a share consolidation or is that also diluted.

SS seems to forget that this is also business for us share holders & he is entrusted by us with the balance of looking after the business to provide business growth & a return for shareholders of which he has had his option dates extended once.

Can anyone please advise me if there was an agenda available in advance of the AGM covering the resolutions & the business that was to be voted on at the meeting as I have not seen one for the last 2 AGM meetings.

SS seems to have forgotten his promise of growth & adding significant value to his stated shareholders at that time by the end of this year through successful production tests & permanent production from HH1 & 2.

His drilling of 4 further Wells at HH & 5 further Wells.

Let's see him take up his shares & prove this successful though delegation if necessary & them be able to operate on a multi site basis.

By that time if he is so confident the funding will be available without dilution on all the other promised sites on the HH licence, PEDL234 & the Isle of White.

One key question I have is.

If a dilution were to take place are the directors options also diluted by the same amount or value or are they still 2 for 1

I think SS is trying to deflect attention away from the Kimeridge.

For me actions speak louder than words with 25,000 barrels oil from the Kimmeridge against 15,000 barrels oil Portland & 4 Kimmeridge production wells planned against 2 Portland.

As the operator I am sure he has his reasons, let's hope so anyway.

Thanks Zoom why I though it was included as SS said in his previous interviews there were no costs for wells in the flow tests as the wells were pre drilled & funded. He went onto say that from profit of £1 million per month per well it would fund the next new well drill in 3 months.

I thought capital expenditure would be pre budgeted unless they are intending to raise cash in advance to develop HH from financial institutions or placings.

That's great news Zoom as with 2000 BOPD apart from news wells, site development costs & transportation HH will become very efficient.

The RNS say preparations for drilling are nearing completion.

I'm sure the deliveries apart from maintenance are towards that end a little patience is required and we will soon be away.

I am glad things are starting to work out with RENE & hope that they continue to do so.

I Have managed to get my average down to about 1.35p but as you say it takes some doing to bring it down.

I am looking forward to later in the year here with successful planning, successful drilling, production & SS taking up his options.

As he said the share price does not matter until we are in production. That time is coming very soon.

Not sure why you think its a strange question though as when you were asked the other day. 18 March by someone else your reply was ' If the share price was still at this level once the he ISA year starts I will top up'

That is the schedule for the AGM why do you think it might be different?

I know we had a few unwanted swampies get in last year with other peoples share certificates but hopefully if they are disruptive the will be removed by security.

It looks like new year isa money filtering through with all the buys coming through.

Back to the 8's.

We would all hope sooner rather than later.
Let's hope all goes well with HH planing & drilling so we can move on to prove up the UKOG 100% licence reserves.

Once HH is in production at least we will have a income & oil reserves to fund growth not just shareholder dilution.

Over 1.36p & the sky is blue & looking forward to happy days.

It is 2 months on 18 April since the Portland production resumed so it shouldn't be to long for some important news.
