I did not see any depletion in 440 barrels per day under test conditions from a vertical well from the Kimmeridge or Portland did you?

How much oil has now been produced & how much to come once the sidetracks are drilled?

There does not seem to be a problem with the flow or fractures at HH lots of oil to come from the 6 wells to be drilled at HH.

I think there are a few hidden surprises to come from the Kimmeridge as I don't think we have even scratched the surface yet & not just at HH.

I certainly was not trying to deramp only shed some possible light on the fund raise that knowledgeable investors have been very disturbed about.

This extra cash could not have been put aside to fully fund 2019 last year for today's UKOG holding unless it was all pre-planned or a large contingency fund was put in place to cover some large extra costs extra costs or overruns.

There has been a lot of speculation with regard to UKOG finances after UKOG has claimed that it was fully funded for 2019. Which was claimed in 2018.

Since 2018 when this was announced UKOG has significantly increased its % stake which it now may need extra finances to cover its increased & controlling share for 2019 development at HH.

Off the top of my head I believe costs are $18 per barrel & oil is currently over $75 per barrel.

You also need to consider this is still only a Extended flow test not a production test which will come after the drilling of HH 2 & HH1-y before moving into long term production in late 2019 or early 2020.

So all this leaves you misrepresenting the investment case for UKOG.

UKOG own 77.9%, Alba own 18.1% & Dor own 4% of HHDL.

UKOG now own the controlling interest in the 2 PEDL licences of Horse hill with a 50.635% share with Tellurian having 35% & Alba & Dor now owning 14.345% between them.

UKOG own about 78% of HHDL, DOR own 4% & Alba own 18.?%.

UKOG own 50.635% of the Horse hill licences which is the controlling interest.

So not only are your percentages of HHDL & Horse hill incorrect but your percentages of revenue will also be wrong especially as Tellurium do not receive revenue for the flow tests.

Can you also please explain where you are getting a wages figure of £744 million per year for UKOG

I have not bothered to yo though the rest of the figures as these are so far off the mark they don't justify consideration.

If so you may find it useful to review them.

Should you use the correct figures the answers that you get & your posts about them would not be anywhere as negative as they currently portray.

Q. Do I think SS is the real deal?

A. My take on SS is that he is a experienced geologist with a vast amount of experience & knowledge of oil field finds & development who can not believe the opportunity that is presented here.

The concerns of many shareholders & commentators are with regard to the dilution but as the Kimmeridge is developed at HH & further sites never mind Pedl43, pedl234 or pedl331 the pundits will be running for the hills to hide after all there criticisms many have already been silenced by this flow test successes.

Very interesting to uses gas in the fracture network to aid & enhance recovery from the kimmeridge

5% recovery from the HH licences would be 550 million barrels oil.
10% recovery from the HH licences would be 1.1 billion barrels oil.
20% recovery from the HH licences would be 2.2 billion barrel's oil.

All based on independent expert analysis we await the CPR which has the potential to blow the bl..dy doors off.

The only reasons that I think it is misconceived & not the case are.

1. SS has stated that the reduced flow rates are to protect the well during flow tests.

2. If you look at FOTH Twitter you will see UKOG has already exceeded its flow test maximum flow for the tests set by the oil & gas authority.

3. UKOG has been granted a 10% additional flow rate allowance from the OGA that it is currently using in the run up to drilling HH2.

4. Although you are concerned about water injection at this stage for pressure balance UKOG do not seem unduly concerned at this stage.

They have a water injection well planned in the current HH planning for the purpose that you described but HH2 is the next well drilled as a sidetrack into the Portland where they are initially targeting
750-1080 BOPD in productin testing but there will be no water injection facility for this well at this stage.

5. We have already seen 3 tankers leave in one day from Portland production 660 BOPD from a vertical well where pressure has not been a issue.

I believe it is early days for the Kimmeridge & SS may need to have some work done as stated in his RNS to enhance the % of oil recoverable & this is maybe what the extra funds raised were for as these works can also be discribed as assets & are being done here & abroad in Houston Texas.

Hopefully money very well spent as for every 1% of extra recovery of 11billion is a lot of value for shareholders.

This is maybe why we have to wait for the CPR.

Hopefully time well spent & the plan will come together.

SS comes in for a lot of stick as he has a lot of responsibilities but let's hope it is all very rewarding for all in the end.

Robustly commercial stable minimum seen for the Portland was stated as 140BOPD.

I don't think we have seen any depletion on the restricted flows of 220BOPD with the continuous flows within the last couple of months from the Portland.

No one including the Motley fool journalists seem to understand that this is a extended well test not a production test. That production test will take place after the drilling of HH2 & HH1-y.

A little research by these self professed experts & they may sing a different tune.

On that basis why do you think that the Kimmeridge has produced over 25,000 barrels of oil compared to the Portlands under 20,000 barrels of oil in the EWT.

Also within the plans for HH, 4 Wells are scheduled to be Kimmeridge producers whereas only 2 are scheduled for the Portland.

Xodus said to drain the Portland at HH,
3 Wells would be needed so I find myself asking will we hear of a second development site at HH once planning has gone through?

Why would we need kill fluid when production from HH1 is going to continue through the drilling of HH2?
