@NCTrade it was me that mentioned the TR1, I was under the assumption that warrant holder had finished, But it seems they have not ( Hence my question earlier this morning , About the £5.50 warrants)

What is strange in the prospectus, The company issued the new shares in issue, but no monetary value, Which says to me the warrant holder hadn’t finished, but rest assured when they do, A TR1 has to be issued.

What happened to the TR1, To inform us of the amount the warrants raised.

No it’s a negotiated trade over the last few days, the price is stuck at the start of of the trade.

I based my assumptions on just the £3.50 warrants being exercised, which would have given us around 1/2 a million.

But if the warrant holder has now finished/Taking a breather, The share should start to recover.

I did say last week I think, when the warrant holder had finished, he/she would have 3/4days to issue a TR1, I’m expecting just shy of 1/2 a million or thereabouts.
