His buying hasn’t made me change my mind. It’s always the same, so far year upon years of promises, almost getting there and they always manage to do enough to persuade many that it’s all fine. Buying shares before the AGM is just another tactic! Same than RNS before the AGM while we have weeks upon weeks of silence.

Personally, I’ll now wait for results before saying yes to anything. Time to deliver the goods

The only oils & gas company that manages to bring its share price down during an oil and gas crisis!! How are they so bad at this!! Taking more share for themselves, great they bought in a potential deal, then they take more shares before producing the goods or results.

Yet we are not able to stop them, get any dividends etc…

Yes the potential is great, however when have they ever delivered? Only seem to get over pay and make a living of just skimming our investments?

@sherif I agree if it come through, the point of my original post was it’s all too familiar and I would have like to see more result before getting more rewards. The way it is done is simply not fair as he gets his bonus with or without results.

I get that however and please forgive me if I get some of the figures wrong.

Across his tenure on the board (June 2022 through mid-2025):

Will Holland’s salary + bonus (excluding share-based pay) is approximately:£858,000 total

This includes his base salaries and estimated cash bonuses for 2025 but excludes share-based remuneration and pension contributions.

That’s an average of 23k per month!! For that you can travel and do the work.

Also let’s look at performances

Over the period Holland has been a director, Europa Oil & Gas has generated an overall net loss of around £8.9 million (pre-tax at the Group level, based on the available annual/interim figures)

In other words, for every £1 of loss Will was paid about 9.7 p

Can you imagine if the company was in profit?

Now let’s look at all the directors! And on to of that all the shares they have accumulated for loosing money.

1 right doesn’t make up for the rest.

So they should start by making this company profitable before putting more money into their own pocket by any means they can. It’s like milking a dry cow!

@Only , I don’t agree there inflated yearly salary should cover that! The yearly bonus and share options only take money away from the company and increases the amount of share therefor reducing the share value for each one of us! Time to get some results in my opinion.

Seems like we have been here before. The directors taking yet more out of the company to fill their own pockets with complete disregards of the shareholders. More dilution of shares, more bonus basically on top of their already inflated salaries in proportion to the turnover/value etc… where are the dividends? I know they may have got a great deal and the value may go up, however we have been there before many many times and each time the help themselves before any concrete financial results. And let’s face it, they earn already a lot more than most of us do, yet getting richer for not a lot to show!! This company was 30p at one stage!!!

This will tank south, if no announcements are on Monday.

The issue is that we have been here before and it’s always gone south. So investors are very nervous and cautious. Some profit better than none.

Something is amiss.

Absolutely no bonuses, no more diluting!

the directors have been filling their pocket with more than bumped up salaries and pensions for too many years, for such a small valued company, while the small shareholders haven’t received a dime, no dividend, share price down even now compared to even 3 years ago when it was around 3p,( and that was already low). All we have is a possibility of a breakthrough, well we have been there before and they have messed it up each time.

Get a deal on the table, signed, share price up and then be happy with the salary you have. Get result from the deal find the goods and then ask for a bonus

No No No ! all the way.

They take no responsibility, make no acknowledgment of the shareholders discontent and will just continue until they are stopped.
