CEO $100K Buy - This is around 40% of his total (Net) annual salary all put into MATD stock.

Lots of (specific) details we do not know - What is exact amount of DQE Cost Deferral / Petrovis soft loan / RBL that Mr Buck himself mention etc?

What we know - Report say 'Sufficient cash for Developments' & 'a Happier year for Petro Matad / shareholders in 2025' - Cash Injection from Inventory expected FEB - Massive Renewable Update due.

Maybe HEADER of 'STAGGER BUYING' start to make more sense - Do what you want but think 8M BUYER take position for reason - same as $100K CEO Buy (does CEO know DQE terms / RBL / Petrovis soft loan details? ;) )

STAGGER BUYING MAY BE SINGLE BEST APPROACH for ones who do not want to miss on Major Re-Rate but want more Intel on contract terms! - this is FAIR comment I think!

*Also STILL want to know why Mr Doc is so negative but will NOT sell single share (according to him)?

Mr Takeiteasy - Biggest issue in past (apart from COVID) was change in Legal structure from Herder base to Modern Commercial Base - this is understood from basic Research and did result in Land Access issues / Delays

This is NOT case now - we have LAND ACCESS - are PRODUCING with First Cash Revenue Inhection (from growing inventory) in FEB!

When you talk about "predictions" then understand this basic point.

I think Header re: Stagger Buying ie Part positioning is maybe good approach for people unsure & BEFORE Trolls themself take BUY POSITIONS which is why they work so hard now before FEB RNS!

This should be 'Transformational Year's for Petro Matad & holders.

*Company Report say "sufficient cash for Developments" - and with all Metrics/ Intel which BB posters do not have!

STAGGER BUYING - for example 50% Now & 50% on Multiple Development Confirmations like Upcoming INVENTORY ➡️CASH RNS / China "Massive Project" Update etc!

Report from official intel - "Sufficient cash for Developments" and we assume DQE Low Cost / Offtake factor into this from intel obtain from company.

Drilling Payment Schedule - Dobwe assume FULL amount will be pay up front or do we think will be Stage Payment / Factor in DQE reduce cost Offtake terms?

Etc etc

We have £20M mkt cap with PRODUCTION started - First Cash Injection Feb - Low Cost for Offtake Drilling terms - Mulri-Billion bbl New Blocks 'prioritising JV partner' and China (CNPC) discussions already happen - "Massive" China Project MOU and update due for (imo) multiple "Massive" China Energy Export projects!!
