REFINERY HAVE LIMIT to AMOUNT OF FEEDSTOCK it can process!!

Petro China / DQE work to China State Interests to help become more I dependent from Russia / Iran supply - Iran supply already sanction in January.

Above is why I expect Heron Field to be 'FAST TRACK' with more support from DQE re: Cost Deferrals in exchange for Oil Produce.

Also why CNPC agree to support Exploration JV with talks with Mongolian Prime Minister end 2024 - Petro Matad say this now "PRIORITISED" for them in Phase 1 (now) and with est 10Bn bbl just with 1st New Block.

Now when people talk about Chinese try to 'force out' Petro Matad from Heron - when MUCH bigger picture play out with New Blocks, "Massive Renewable Export" etc - you understand how sillly there argument sound
