Prime Minister already agree with head of CNPC for JV on Mongolia Exploration Blocks - also seperate set up of Petro Matad Energy at IOM Meeting with so many MMI/MRPAM/ Ambassador floy in specially for company set up (??))

Conclusion: BLOCK 20 asset will be sold to Petro China who can Fast Track Full Field Fevelooment for Own use & Refinery Feedstock - Cash paid to Shareholders including Petrovis via SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Petro Matad keep NEW BLOCKS & RENEWABLES with major investment / Co-operation thru CNPC/Petro China to develop to give Mongolia Energy Independence, Feed Power Hungry Neighbour China - and very good for shareholders.

No surprise when you understand bigger picture - Mr Buck buy $100K extra stock even with all options etc.

Q1 /Q2 will be very good time for shareholders imo - 'A good year for Petro Matad' etc

Buybir not no problem - many who are trying to 'play' BB will not be able to build up significant size holding anyway with Low Volume - High impact price moves

BLOCK XX sale to Petro China - Option for Cash (or part cash) from this to be distributed thru 'Special Dividend' - Petrovis will want three ROI etc & valuation base on Asset Value - also address China State need for Oil supply away from Russia/Iran until Refinery built.

Mr Buck say nothing to stop this & buyer will be someone with 'right fit' - obvious choice is Petro China with Blocks 19 & 21.

What about Oil supply when Refinery built - Mongolia vision for Energy Independence - talk of Mongolia as 'New Saudi Arabia'?

For China State - Block XX attract premium because of logisric supply position / global strategic situation.

Govt of Mongolia will not let MEW BLOCKS and RENEEABLE parts be given away - they want to see 'New Saudi Arabia' picture develop - part of bigger Govt vision on country and reason for Law/Investment changes.

Mr Abzzba - my view is sale ONLY of BLOCK XX with logistic synergy with Petro China Blocks 19 & 20, Renav of (only Heron) around 12p at $65bbl - and VERY important guarantee of (strategic) supply to China from Russia/MiddkecEaay supply risks.

Funds from Block XX sale - distribution to Shareholders as SPECIAL DIVIDEND.

This is alsobreason imo why seperate Company set up for New Bloçks - and part of Govt once tube for this is China Partnership in New Block Exploration.

So Block XX sale is not sale of Petro Matad but just asset with part of deal Strategic partner entry they CNPC - Petro China for Exploration side.

Petro Matad (Shàreholders) keep potentially massive NEW BLOCKS (with funding partner) & RENEWABLES (with major buyer of Energy same partner head IE CHINA).

Make sense from BUSINESS, CHIBA State & MONGOLIA State posi5iins - Pieces fit together perfectly

At time of Investor Meet no 'Official' Approach ie one that needs regulatory communication to market at time!

Is this good or bad for shareholders?

Understand Block XX will not go cheap even with low mkt cap at moment - yes this have some influence but end of day Block XX will be sold on Resource Asset valuation and premium Petro Matad agree.

Petrovis as major shareholder will want very good ROI for cash commitment iver time - màybe also Mr Buck $100K Buy start to make more sense - even when he have Options /Incentive scheme etc!

*I have been (only) Increasing holding level with my understaing of bigger picture developments - have non interest like some n commenting on daily price or trade / spreading FUD for own greed / wishing CANCER on people because trade start going away - this will always be 'small time players' still here in next 10 years with there 24/7 posting on whatever stock they target - they also will not be able to build up significant holding level here (even with low SP).

No surprise MMs have been willing to take over shares in SINGLE trade for months.

I can discuss how Trades, Price & MM instruction - Strategic buyers for into all this BUT i have 2eekend to enjoy

- Make LOGISTICAL sense

- Mr Buck say 'Nothing to prevent this so possible' but no (Official) approach receive at time (Investor P4esentation July 2024)

- Petroleum Laws allow this with condition of Supply to Refinery priority until capacity reach - excess export. (PC already accept this condition for Blocks 19&21).

- DQE/Petro China already involved in Petro Matad Block 20

Other factor to consider

- Petrovis share & will want good ROI on Block 20 investment (last shares at 2p - same as Mr Buck).

- Also Mr Buck say in interview before - He opens to T/O but will need to be 'at the right price' & with a party who have right ’fit'.

What do Mongolia Govt get from this?

- FAST TRACK Development of Block 20 to feed Refinery opening 2026

- PARTNERSHIP for Petro Matad on NEW BLOCKS to open up Massive potential supply to help Mongolia AND China!
