Mr Fred this is good point but think other BIG point is New License Block tender

1st tranche ONLY get 3 bid & reason mr J Ganbataar go on foreign investment promotion few week back. If you remember lot if talk in Mongol media same time about make procedure for foreign investor more simple & paperwork quicker

Now tranche 2:new Licence round open & Cabinet know must give LP now and show foreign investor so more investment come in for new block

First welcome back mr Master. Always good to have information for people to make INDEPENDENT decision from. Easy for people who do not give people who do not give intel to complain.

Header is VERY important & 3 April RNS big shift from 14 Feb RNS.

In Feb 14 company talk about industry regulator MRPAM who support company & talk about Special Certification in PARALLEL with Local permission (this look like why Mining Minister timeframe did extend from 1-3 month).

Now from 3 April RNS can see ONLY mention SPECIAL CERTIFICATION and all responsibility now with Mining Ministry (MMHI). This is VERY important point & to understand Mr J Ganbataar is head of this Ministry.

Also see all documentation already have been prepare for other Ministries (this us protocol) and official document for signature was being prepared & ready for submission to Cabinet on 3 April date.

Understand Cabinet meet regularly at least every week & LP Special Certification will get signature any day. This is not hope I think but very good base to expect.

2 nd tranche licence already start and Mining Minister & Govt NEED foreign investor interest.

Also think mr Master right about winning bid for New Oil Block with RNS due for both any day now.

Some think they make 5-10% gain with trade but many I think will get caught out by hard bounce from Investor who buy back in OR RNS which expect will be any day & for GOOD reason not just sneaky comment from people with no good reason ;)

Will hard bounce be today? Do not know but expect massive re-rate any time.

If you do not want information or reason then filter no problem but think lot (not all) who say filter are sneaky one ;)

latest RNS 4 April I mean

Maybe you right mr Ninettoes but one thing is sure mr Mike Buck cannot misquote Mining Minister.

This is in public domain and if Mining Minister dud not say he will sort it out then mr Buck will be in trouble.

Look like Mr J Ganbataar give last chance to local in Feb then push ahead without them which latest RNS say on 4 Feb

Remember Mining Ministry take over from MRPAM to push this now so Mining Minister take direct control & why his word given and now to Cabinet to sign.

When you look at pieces tell me in clear way will get LP VERY soon and before Velocirapror.

Mr aster was right in this & why always say am more comfortable & happy to hold then be without MATD share whatever price do every day :)
