1) Mining Minusyer himself say "1-3month". Have explain before why this extend for last chance to Local Govt & now ONLY Special Certification mention. Mining Minister must have more immediate timeframe and now no local govt issue in way

2) 1st tranche New Licebce block get only 3 bid from 5 tender. 2nd tranche now release and Mining Minister have done foreign tour to get foreign investment & know investor will look at Petro Matad & LP issue. Must get Special Certification to get bid for rest of 9 new licence.

3) British Ambassador & Petro Matad CEO speak direct to Mining Minister & Govt people and closer to action then someone call Sneaky Doc or Shameful Spurior

5) Do not think Special Certification Documentation for Project if Narional Importance circulate to Ministry by 3rd April for urgent vote by September lol
