Do not think so & think truer logic is "1-3 month sorted" by Mining Minister was enough time to see if could do at local level - could not
Now straight to Special Certifucation via pro Business cabinet.

Think this is much more logical then Ibiza think this or that ;)

Govt want revenue as well to be happy :)
