How long was FULL LEGAL PROCESS? Not just final hearing & wait for decision BUT process from firstcourt application, court date set, all hearing and decision.

Think then everyone can see how fooolish this course is and when local govt already say they are open to bypass of full beauracracy AND we have base if Cabinet Order with law change protection already in place.
