Also must remember DQE APPROACH PETRO MATAD for JV Partnership!

Petro Matad / Shareholders will be in very good position for Company / Shareholder Value Growth! 🦉

Coal is MUCH more important xoensive now and we have other Power Project development with "Co-Products expected to deliver CONSIDERABLE CASHFLOW".

Whatever way anyone look at upside potential is staggering - stocknwhere BB 'hype' match actual reality of what we look at!

Investment decision must always be individual one. I look at this in way that it looks very likely all will go as we have expect (no other choice really) and I will not look back as Opportunity Missed!

- RNS tell us Mata Sum AGREED and now paperwork prepare for signature by Mata Sum & Petro Matad - RNS 1st March 2024 (small Sum so should be no big beauracracy).

- Protestor go crazy (lol) and make visit to Mata Sum govt office and upset Mata Sum documents not agree with them.

- Paperwork see & mention for $200k

- Now protestor start to talk about Petro China (and dead Yak) because she is there now & because look like they know will not be able to do anything about Petro Matad.

Drilling season coming up, Petro Matad already preparing for Operations which will move company to Revenue - this is MASSIVE development stage.

All RNSs to go with this - hold or not your choice but all development do look like we can expect main key opening RNS now 🦉

I start with this basic logic - Potential upside is Staggering (this is not hype but most will understand), Free share in issue small and free shares will probably REDUCE as development proceed.

Above will give indication of share price movement pattern using logical basis.

NED Appointments - should give good price push because still look like enough people cautious of this factor and want confirmation before position ENTRY or INCREASE - Low free shares factor into this.

Proposal Submission - Again this should push on price and low free shares factor into this.

Both seen as POSITIVE and both expected within next COUPLE OF WEEKS.

I mention reduced free shares for reason - this expected to push price AND reduce further with more commited long term position taking.

Yes we have had pull back from recent high but we expect this for a healthy price rise AND because of profit taking from traders BUT I will guess lot less free shares now then few months ago - this is point.

Also with almost EVERYTHING pointing to Phulbari domestic production & high power players with high power contacts getting behind GCM - think upward direction is obvious.

Make own decision but my view base on LOGIC /EXPERIENCE of markets and knowledge of the very rare nature of GCM investment and it's upside potential.

My focus simple - ACCUMULATION!

Reason why I do NOT look at in estment like this

- LP RNS will give major RE-RATE but also open up gate for MULTIPLE OPERATIONAL RNSs - we look at HIGHER share price then now!

- Finance when we have OPERATIONS / REVENUE very different from finance with no clear LP timeframe like before

- Bigger or more long term Investors will be looking at positions because of Revenue making / reduced risk

- Finance options greater with REVENUE GENERATING company.

This this is very Realistic way ti look at Invesrment & Progress / Developments.

*DQE JV confirming will be massive because it mean major up front cost saving & fast track of development.

Investment Focus Always! 🦉💰

Market will look AHEAD and understand what full field development means with 7,000-9,000bbl a day revenue BUT want key catalyst co firm by RNS - final LP signature.

DQE will also be big Re-rate because it fits in fit FAST TRACK of this target.

Finance will be part of push to this goal with all other development so will be positive in big picture - very different to when financing happen with NO permission in place.

When we look at key OPERATIONAL development / catalyst / production target WITH Forward looking market then we see what is nonsense or not.

Like Header say holder is comfortable to hold with key CATALYST for major price Re-rates start about to be release.

Buy or not - who care for end development picture 🦉💰💰💰💰

What go up in straight line - not natural price move and not healthy.

We need RISES, PULLBACKS, CONSOKIDATIONS - this is whatvwe are getting and for better rises going forward.

In meantime - I focus on Investment /developments - Very happy from this position!
