This stiing up STRONG base for next Price Push and take away unhealthy support from low level holders - this CONSOLIDATION given lot of confidence for holder just from price dynamic.

Plan B (State Special Purpose Land SSPL) - First understand Plan A have legal right under Land Law for Mata Sum to grant permission.
