I look at Agreement reach with Mata Sum, 132 tonne fuel given and all rest. Do not think Mata Sum local council worry about election but about $200k.

Look what happen at the last fund raise - the share price multiplied.

The Market is expecting funding (like last time) which will give financial security for a longer time period now. In the meantime we have the GCM / PoweChina project submission any day and EVERYTHING coming out of Bangladesh from highest place individuals / sources / Media pointing to Phulbari development.

This is no accident and will be part of Govt plan to prepare population for this and why Energy Minister himself (highest position next to Hasina for this) mention it himself.

Also why PowerChina move to CONTRACT stage from MOU few weeks back.

I cannot afford to make Investment DECISION base on illogical view BUT I take as many factor as I can - this is BEST we can do or better we do not even enter investing space.

For me one of biggest factor which i fluence Hasina before is view of local people which she want to respect - NOW we see Local people SUPPORT Phulbari development.

You see I have use LOGIC here and even when we say Hasina make bad decisions in past logic should make us still ask WHY she did this. Part of this we isolate and look at current.

Now we have understood this and see that situation change we can make INFORM investment decision base on ALL know factor.

In countries like Bangladesh they will have access to GOVT at very highest level - maybe think about this.

Only person who "won't sign" is Provincial governor - this is for Plan B Special Certification path so let us look at this first.

Special Certification already passed by Cabinet but Provincial governor say small land overlap - this have NO legal base AND (very important) Central Govt power can overule this.

I just put this as header because it get mention but you are correct - only difference is it takes a few weeks but was very fast move.

We have few less share then but Oil price much lower & company was far from actual Production - but all can see potential.

Now company have MUCH more going for it but sentiment low because of LP delays - if people look at what ACTUALLY happening (and not BB chit chat) OPPPRTUNITY is obvious & with all Newsflow LP RNS will open.

I did buy some more yesterday with position of accumulation but this is my strategy for longer investment position (I have very good idea what this company building into).

35p price level will be hit again am (almost) 💯 sure of this - all do own research.
