- 22nd March protestor visit Mata Sum Administrative Centre and interview post where Mata Sum Council member sit with Paperwork (with signatures) in front of him. I look at Research and make own mind up with REAL CHECKABLE FACTS Mr WIseInvestor provide and IGNORE stale traders who probably sell out long ago but want to put off others.

Why do you think they need to RELY ON PERSONAL ATTACKS v SOLID INTEL!

TODAY - Parliaments approved the discussion of the Draft Law on the NATIONAL WEALTH FUND - a Fund with an asset management system that distributed assets equitably to every citizen through a specialized fund that concentrated the benefits of UNDERGROUND RESOURCES" (like Norwegian Wealth Fund model).

We can see where Mongolia going with all this - why they changing system to help Foreign Investment - and strong position of Petro Matad going forward (my accumulation strategy start to make sense with bigger picture view).

Mr Aeschylus - we know Plan A is agreed and this will let us proceed with Drilling Operations this season.

Plan B need local governor tripartite signature but he gives land overlap as issue. He has made decision on land ownership / use which go against Cabinet decision today about land not included.

ALSO Ih ge still try to push this issue he go against Law pass last year where you can be imprison if you go against Govt decision.

If you see all processes they take EVERY leg he have away from him and understand when mr Buck say they make "everything Legally watertight" EVEN when Plan A local Sum Agreement cover us anyway.

Petro Matad & Mongolia Govt have BIG plans going forward and this is why this things all part of future building of business / shareholder value. Even status of Land as National Importance which is why company still push this

Yesterday Passed!

Yesterday Cabinet Meeting Govt members/ Governors instructed not to make Decisions on Land Ownership. This refer to approve list which Cabinet pass yesterday!

"It is important to PREVENT LAND DISPUTES" and also talk about relevant projects to be IMPLEMENTED IN 2024.

Understand - this relevant for Plan B (State Special Purpose Land) and also Central Govt can override land overlap issue anyway - now Law to stop interference in first place from what I understand.

PLAN A - Still on schedule and we look to DRILLING OPERATIONS / REVENUE / NEWSFLOW THIS 2024 SEASON!

"The diligent efforts of our Govt and Community Relations teams have FACILLITATE this progress on land access and we are grateful to the Matad Citizens' Representative Committee for its favourable hearing of our Application and for it's APPROVAL."

"The Company is now stepping up the planning of Operations to complete the Heron 1 well for PRODUCTION"

Some expect seperate RNsS for EVERY STAGE but like before think we will get FULL COMPREHENSIVE OPERATIONAL RNS before AGM on 30th April.

At moment low volume and no big impact on price but expect large Buying on ISA allowance next couple day I think.

I think MATD holder should see what they say few weeks ago with lots of posting which mention Petro Matad BY NAME and when they say decision is done & land is GIVEN and upset by Mata Sum Council - this was after visit to Council Office.

I did buy another lot of share today. I did not mention at time because do not need to - I am just building while other can do what they want.

I know what is happening & how company developing in next few years.
