Herder compensation part of agreement for signature so transfer need to be satisfy first!

Did not get RNS because did not need to RNS it - point I make at time and in same way I make point about physical document not needing RNS if Agreement already reach.

Mr Furion - you may want to check out Plan A which is district sum Agreement which they already have!

Provincial governor signature is for Plan B Special Certification land conclusion.

Plan A allow them to start Operations and why they have started preparations with Contractors.

Discussion on this BB is whether local Sum (Matad Council) have completed paperwork after Agreement in late Feb / RNS 1st March.

My understanding is Company do not need to RNS this since they have already RNsd AGREEMENT REACHED and paperwork being prepared (1st March RNS) - same way they did not RNS transfer of cash by Finance Ministry when BB poster say they must.

Some BB poster say they must RNS finish Paperwork but mr Mike Buck see example above - also Mr Buck like SINGLE BIG RNSs.

We also look at 132 Tonne fuel donation to Mata Sum on 21st March (probably as thank you 😏) & 23nd March meeting if protestors at Mata Sum office where they show hard time.

Good to keep up all Intel ten can make more CONFIDENT investment decision.

- We hear statements from Energy Minister himself

- Two Way discussions between Govt agencies / GCM confirm this

- PowerChina AND Major Domestic Energy Suppliers involved with GCM now

Power China / GCM expected to submit Project Proposal "SHORTLY" once Govt settle in place - this Energy Meeting look like it & will certainly discuss Critical Energy situation (and solutions).

PowerChina have STRONG Govt contacts & track record of infrastructure development / employment in Bangladesh - and they rapidly move to CONTRACT basus before this Project Submission "shortly".

- Environmental Impact & Local support addressed!
