We understand local governor is against Petro Matad but legal situation support Petro Matad thru Land Law which favour local Mata council.

This does not change position of local governor to Petro Matad and vompsnybis aware of this. What can he do? Nothing we know of but does not mean company is not "vigilant" to his opposition.
