Larger Institutions / Investment Funds will replace small shareholders eventually - until then we get little Circus type of activities.

- We should get Heron Operational start date confirmed - 'just before or just after 28th June.

- DQE are already contracted / paid for this. Update of JV with them possible also. People forget DQE are ones who make "unsolicited approach" to Petro Matad for this BUT must also remember Election time & lot of negative PR against Petro China (DQE sister company under State ownership CNPC umbrella) - I expect (hope) DQE JV come as SEPERATE RNS on its own after Election.

- Plan schedule for full field development of Block XX & parallel development of Block XX Extension (est 3Bn bbl of PM share of proven & producing Toson Uul Basin).

- New Blocks. All we know they are potentially "Huge" resources 'adjacent to proven (or producing) Basin.

- Renewable Updates including Mining Operators link up (like You Tolgoi Mine), BESS and potential Export contract with STATE OWNED China Utility company.

*As China move more toward Renewable this is potentially Massive as I say before. This is (one reason I believe) why China reject 'Power of Siberia's piepine from Russia as it look to fast track build up of major Renewable import from potential biggest global supply source in Mongolia - which market Petro Matad JV establish.

You can understand why I expect bigger Fund / Institutions to start to replace smaller Private investors - this does not happen in few days but expect it to over 2024-2025 going forward.

When will Institutions / Funds enter? - Do not know but they WILL and why will stick to Investor strategy!

Talk of 'golbal demand for oil level off' by IEA report lol - just look at news yesterday about VW major cutting investment / production of EVs and other big manufacturers doing same.

Big talk before of Petrol care phase out by certain date but many unserstand real timeline MUCH longer. Lot of Institutes research base on bad intel assuming so Mr Stas make very good point on OPEC projections more reliable.

Buy hold or sell does not matter - Petro Matad have OIL, Major Renewable market scope & highest level contacts for development strategy to MAXIMISE (Investor) Shareholder value - or choose other Aim gamble if you prefer gambling.

Do we think Bangla's BIGGEST Economic challenge ie Energy Supply (and why they took out a $5Bn Emergency Loan from China few weeks ago to satisfy IMF lending conditions) will not be discussed??

We can expect the POWER CHINA /GCM involvement to be part of this and probably why PowerChina moved to Contract status from MOU with knowledge of factors BB commentators are not aware of!

The Energy Minister has directly mentioned Domestic Coal Production from Phulbari & Prime Minister Hasina has not shut him down in this - or multiple references in other 'in country' media.

Not that difficult to put pieces together as the minds of the Country prepare for this & the 'Official' announcement likely to coincide with other 'benefits' linked to the Bangla-China talks coming up!

I have been building up my position - sure some others have also.

We can see base on past timings - RNS due anytime in coming couple of weeks.

- Company have been in discussion with contractors well before Local LP Permission (29th May RNS) and should have Firm timeline of Operational start.

- Maybe more news on Co-operatiin agreement already sign with State Owned China Energy company for Renewable Energy export to China (which is potentially HUGE market).

- DQE confirmed contractors for Heron operations anyway so they are already signed in.

All look set for OPERATIONAL START just before or just after June 28th which RNS will tell us.

Some maybe trying to trade because they think company is still at stage BEFORE LP so uncertainty let sentiment be easily manuoulated - that is there choice.

I think if we look at ACTUAL DEVELOPMENTS and COMPANY ADVANCES to PRODUCER status things become much more clear then BB chit chat games try to pretend.

Share Price WILL catch up to reflect this and hopefully small players gone to START making room for Bigger players moving in.

Global energy situation was very different 10 years ago - what was being discussed was warnings of over reliance on Imported Energy as expert recommendatuonat time say.

What we how now is not WARNING but REALIZATION of the warnings talked about 10 years ago - BIG DIFFERENCE!

This is why we have FX crisis and as post by Mr Searcher earlier post mention - impact on Manufacturing Base which they have tried so hard to build up - which also impact Inward FX for vicious cycle.

I think PowerChina understand this very well & why move to $1 Bn vontract hapoen now from previous MOU status - they could easily have kept it MOU.

Take your positions based on fundamental REALITY of situation that is playing out in Bangladesh not on any BB games!

If we listen to AGM presentation position is actually very clear - Central Govt can just ORDER provincial governor to sign!

Why don't they right now?

Local land Access position already given so Operations can start. Govt do not want to be seen to 'order' governor just before elections when land access permission already obtain.

After election will be different so make sense to delay order until then if it does not affect 2024 Operations.

Remember Oil refinery completion by 2026 & Govt will need feedstock. Feedstock development does not just start when refinery opens because Production Development have to be build up before this.
