Resistance Levels Become Support.

We have Support / Resistance levels and we see very clear rebound of this level yesterday - now we ask with OPERATIONAL START / RNSs in VERY NEAR TERM do we really think Resistance at 4.20p will not be pushed thru?

If you look at price movement from previous time ex move from around 3p to 38p over 6 weeks period you understand same pull backs, push, resistance levels become support - untill Hard BREAKOUT above all these.

I actually do prefer STEADY price rises but understand we are in a MUCH STRONGER position then before - with Production Move / Multiple RNSs due within Short Newsflow period.

Then Developments on from there!

* I am NOT saying we will get moved to 38p over few weeks - I say we will see breakouts from Trading ranges & moves into HIGHER price levels with new higher supports.

This now starting to develop into a perfect Investor's stock as Company move into Revenue Generation stage with key Derisking happened.

- Land Access Permission Granted (Plan A)

- Fully Funded until Mid July 2025

-Additiinal Petrovis loan of $1.5M available

- Operational start July 2024

- Renewable Operations expected to contribute Revenue in 2025

- Renewable funding available at Debt level/ SSE company level equity etc (check RNS, AGM presentation and also Mongolian sector I go like ADB increase loan policy)

-INTENSE NEWSFLOW PERIOD with MULTIPLE RNSs EXPECTED OVER COMING DAYS

DQE Multi-well drill program switched to Tender basis with original MOU conditions (like Offtake element to reduce costs) looking to be incorporated in terms - remember DQE made "unsolicited approach" to Petro Matad for this.

*I believe above will work in favour of Petro Matad with Petro China Takeover approach (after Special Certification expected soon after June 28th Election). This in line with some comment by Mr Mike Buck also & logistical sense with PC/DQE under CNPC (China National Oil Company) - this is seperate discussion, more soeculative and make no impact on REAL OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS happening Now!

*MRPAM is big supporter of Petro Matad and is on "both sides of discussion" on facility news so expect positive RNS on that shortly.

A lot of trader try to cling to MATD as trading stock for volatility - what we seeing is nice steady price move & Multiple RNSs which should help continue this up - Steady (net) increases with smaller percentage moves adding significant Compound effect of price move UP.

This is much better then past volatility & back by MAJOR INVESTMENT DERISKING & MULTIPLE RNSs INCOMING on Operational progress.

All milestone SP levels - 5.5p, 7p, 9p will be passed in coming weeks in good, healthy price move taking us into Double digits in steady way - Of course lots understanding this may rush in before others become aware of price development to cause major push - but i prefer nice steady net gains!

Buy, sell hold - Operations advancing & price will move to reflect imo.

All other nonsense on BB just trying to distract from this reality of Company development!

Good price rise WITHOUT usual MATD volatility which set up nicely for sensible price movement upward & Operational RNSs due.

Maybe finally we getting into more stable price moves attracting investors looking for WELL FUNDED Company moving into REVENUE GENERATION development stage.

Mr Doc - I do not believe there is single catalyst now to completely Re-rate price. I am actually relieve about this because I do not think such volatility is healthy.

I think we will get good Operational progress updates with share price moving up more steadily with healthy price appreciation.

With key derisking points already in place -

Land Access AND funded status until July 2025.

This gives time for Operational progress, Revenue stream, Field development, Renewable Revenue on line (or near).

This set up nicely for near perfect INVESTOR focus stock with movement into Revenue status off well funded platform.

Also very important will satisfy lot of requirement for Institutional Investment.

This will lead to what I always say of RETAIL will be replace by INSTITUTIONS (I also think 2025 will be year of Maiden Dividend but we can disagree if you like).

This should see us in healthy double figures within H2 2024 and moving up further in 2025.

Focused on Investment and Very comfortable holding my MATD stock for major Company move to Producer.

I think obvious we have had some posters / holders moving share price with trading base on previous price action (BEFORE Critucal LP Permission) - this is there choice with price moving on a all volumes.

*And Volumes have been small

Focus on Investment make me think this is not such a good strategy but look like small retail trader action finish & BUYERS position to move in.

Who knows with such short term price action BUT focus on Investment help you to keep clear Investing head for DEVELOPMENT/ PRICE DIRECTION moving forward!
