This might be the cynic coming out here, but there is a notion that this pro-brexit government will hold back international leisure travel. In order to boost a post-brexit economy it would be in Bozo’s interest to promote UK holidays to capture any disposable income from tourists. IMO it will be short-lived…..just saying!

My opinion for what it's worth - is there is potential here, and if the covid cases both here and abroad continue to decrease it will inspire people to travel again. On good news, one would expect the sp to rise rapidly, however, in the longer term, it won't be so smooth. One must factor-in people's disposable incomes, many have and will lose their jobs. Like yourself, one got in here recently (3.27 and a fairly newbie), so here goes. It would help if you were to call yourself 'veryluckyme'.

Yes, but to gain momentum we will need good news on decreasing covid cases from many countries and a sensible approach from government. Unfortunately bungling Boris is only now starting to be cautious, shutting the door after the horse has bolted. The two biggest mistakes were at the beginning of the pandemic, allowing the Cheltenham festival and Crufts to go ahead, we have paid a high price for that lack of vision. There is good potential in my opinion for this share to recover but it won’t be smooth. One must remember a lot of people have lost their jobs and for many future disposable incomes won’t be restored in an instance.
