Hop2, I believe I understand your question but am unable to give you the best answer ( I think some have possibly misunderstood your request).
Like you I think but don't know, the best way would be to just sit there repeatedly requesting a quote until it get's quoted. I also would like to know if there is a better way.

Manifesto, ta for reply. I recognise it may be 'pie in the sky' regarding limitations to long covid damage but as you say if there were benefits in that regard that could be very significant.

Manifesto....my thoughts exactly, perhaps I didn't present them very well. If SNG001 is shown to improve patient recovery from breathlessness then the question would be why/how ? What has been the exact mechanism to do that? A degree of lung repair?

The latest study, which is aiming to recruit 400 participants, is using a specialised MRI imaging technique in which patients breathe in xenon gas while lying in a scanner. The gas can be traced as it moves from the lungs into the bloodstream, giving a reading of how the lungs are functioning. This contrasts with CT scans, which show just the structure of the lungs.

In relation to hidden lung damage from long covid, then as you say Matml74, this may have significance for SNG001.

Wouldn't it be great if it can be shown from the Sprinter results that patients taking SNG001 didn't experience any significant long covid affects and could be then be further validated by patient lung tests of this kind to back up the trials data they will already have.
Maybe I am wishing for too much (but perhaps not) and as has been said many time the most important thing is that SNG001 can both save lives and hopefully improve quality of lives by avoiding/minimising long covid.
Sorry if my thoughts have run away a bit.

Hi Marik, if it is standard practice to use 25 participants in such a study for NDA or EUA then that sounds positive.
Still wondering why it is referred to as a "pilot study".....what's next?
