The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
If there’s a material change to what is their only agreement of any worth, the the Nomad should be making them put at a communication if they were doing their job (chortles).
If nothing has changed and they still get the same payments per passenger then Fooler would be making his usual song and dance about it.
My money is on the former and the Nomad is just useless in these matters. Maybe we’ll find out properly the end of April, or maybe Fooler will just fudge the issue for as long as possible.
If anybody really cared then there’d be shareholders clamouring for an update or news from Fooler. The fact is nobody is interested any more - this is going nowhere, slowly, and the only shareholders left are the stalest of stale bulls who have long since given up on this tinpot outfit.
All in my opinion - of course.
Yrabs - this is Pete’s way of keeping a flag pin on the map whilst knowing they won’t be doing anymore business there anytime soon. Pay an agent a small retainer and can then claim how they do business in 190 countries across the globe.
Ever decreasing circles for the Fooler.
I can’t help but get the feeling that the walls are closing in on old Fooler and pretty soon the true extent of the paltry state of the business will have to come out.
For all his bravado the 2 ‘transformational’ contracts from 21 have come to nothing so far and , despite Foolers spin it doesn’t look like they are going to deliver anytime soon - if at all. Who knows, may be wrong but the past 2 years , plus all Fooler evidence points to another white elephant.
The great Tema opportunity is being exited as we speak and any follow on expansions in to port operations not looking positive.
Clear questions over the only remaining significant activity in SL are not being answered. Fooler will neither confirm nor deny what the changes mean for WSG - surely the Nomad will insist on something being communicated though I suspect by that stage we will get the full ‘grand reveal’.
Having championed managed services as the cornerstone of the business Fooler has shown to be inept at actually delivering these. So what next ?
A strategic review ? A refocus on training and guarding - with a bit of tech supply ?
Best of luck to anyone still holding this but I don’t think even Fooler can pull anything else out of his bag of bull***t.
Given that this is out of compliance , the clock is now ticking on the extension. I don’t see anything in the near future that will drive the SP back towards the Nasdaq required level. Does anyone else see this getting back to green status ?
If they don’t get compliant then will it be the slippery slope towards going effectively private ?
Good to see you Foxy - I think there’s a few ex holders who still keep tabs here for amusement purposes, and are just as bewildered with the never changing saga.
At least we can take some comfort from getting out when we did and watch the slow car crash from the sidelines.
Oversold following the logistics issue update, markets not so much doom and gloom, a bit of sentiment returning to the sector.
Often the initial shock of bad news presents an opportunity if the underlying fundamentals are still good and the company demonstrates they have a grasp of the issues.
Dipped my toe in at 1.40. I’ve been watching for a while and was tempted by the drop below £2 after the results before Xmas.
I have a habit of catching knives but hoping I’ve learnt to sit on my hands sufficiently long this time and that we’ve hit the bottom or near to it.
Curse of the London IPO from the last couple of years. Part of me thinks this should recover from here but seen it with ones like THG and REVB that once the bad news starts you never know what more there is to come out and therefore how much further to fall.
Whilst I think Feb is probably likely for timing I do think it could have been sooner. Forensic investigation has set out what went wrong and the fact that restatements would be needed, auditors should’ve already been on with calculating those restatements prior to the RNS.
