I dont mean to be rude but you do know what KIBO's business actually is dont you - if not i would suggest having a read of the website and listening to some recent interviews - it will give you some insight into the business and possibly enlighten you to how things can rapidly change and develop and that possibly 'fully funded' isnt really relevant and in fact HAS NEVER BEEN SAID

this is an investment fund - of course we dont know who yet but this could be hugely significant as funds will mostly need to carry out all sorts of compliance stuff - liquidity is always an issue for them and it would now appear we have that - one BIG advantage of having more shs in issue. investment funds have left KIBO's old sector like the plaque over the last 10 years - kibo energy of of course is someway out of that sector

i think KIBO's funding might be somewhat of a moving target at present - i wouldnt complain about it

Most of the others listed will be out gunned by kibo imo as coal will play a major major major part in the short to medium term . It is a means to and end . LOL - excellent post again sleepy - kibo is to some extent starting over but its projects are not the govt however is and therein lies where we are . 4p load em up .also sepco arent daft they know the risks and to be honest dont stand to lose anything in here apart from one thing . time and to a certain extent and very important one especially in asia and thats face. they dont want to be seen backing companies and projects that arent going to happen they need us more than we need them - OBOR plain and simple .
