Completely agree lots being held back here imo firstly as it’s Tanzania and nothing’s set in stone until it’s signed and secondly there’s more to this than a 300 mw station imho even if not right away very soon after . Again sonic has done much research here and has believed for a long time this has a much bigger emphasis on proceedings than has been said
