,most of the market is assuming this still means nothing to china when in fact the whole sepco relationship is totally 100 obor related imvho as are many china/africa arrangements. China want to re establish the silk road from over a 1000's ( well one or 2 ). how much does this mean to sepco and how much is is worth to them and the chinese govt - thats the biggest gamble here imo - kibo at a quid very possible
