Investor fatigue? what is more important IMO is operations fatigue (especially if it keeps raining!) but I guess as long as you get paid and can get on with the job . The reassuring bit is that PJ has a large investment of his own money tied up with the company and that to me spells transparency and honesty to me. Distributions? If only. Hasn't altered my opinion of this company and I will keep hanging in even if the SP is moribund.

UJO are comfortable with these falls in oil prices, should go lower especially with sentiment turning against oil stocks again but offshore is where the uncertainty lies. Some fields will very soon become uneconomic if it turns into a rout. UJO will not. That's assuming the oil ever gets into production (joking of course!)

I agree with sentiments about PJ. He really is outstanding and his track record with e.g. Metal Tiger was good especially when compared to many of the AIM CEOs who function on the mushroom style of management, keep you in the dark and feed you you know what.
I have been through previous BB hero charts that Zak Mir has 'analysed' and just about every AIM penny share he features rises spectacularly on the day he publishes. If that's not fishy then what is? Especially when you look into it a little further on the intradays see the shares rise even before his chartist gobbledygook goes on site. Why? If you don't believe me look for yourself as the older daily share talk broadcasts are there. It cannot be a coincidence. I just wish I had a preview of what he was publishing early in the day so I could get in on the racket. I don't believe the RNSs today were responsible for the significant rise in this share that the wizard analysed today.

Nevertheless I like most others on here really do believe in this share. The company strategy of spreading risk both geographically, range of metals selected and not having all our eggs in one basket is very sound.

I've been a long term investor for over 15 years and I agree with that statement but then I said it. Win some lose some and this IMO is a winner. Its a helluva lot better investing in onshore fields where problems are more quickly resolved. I've been on offshore rigs where they've been fishing around for days sometimes weeks trying to remove downhole tools etc but they never shout about that. If there is a problem the operators are hardly likely to disclose it at Wressle but they are a professional outfit and will overcome the problems. My biggest concern is that they could run out of money before they run out of time. That's if there are any problems anyway which personally I don't think there are but who am I to say or DB for that matter. Just let them get on with it oil is always a waiting game and full of setbacks and problems which invariably are overcome.

has certainly raised our profile. Good to see some activity and stability in this share but then I guess that could easily change. Personally my feeling is now that no news is good news as i have re-established my confidence in the company.

The gambling element now piling in and perhaps the magician with his gobbledegook charts on Share Prophets may even give us a chart prediction which are usually self fulfilling prophecies. AS - that's the one thing I like about POW we haven't got all our eggs in one basket and Africa is always a weak link. I gave up investing in African mining companies, at least those with sole assets in only one country, for that reason. Often, though I guess not in this case, media news is irrelevant when you take into account the size of the landmass but nevertheless will and does hurt sentiment and frighten off the punters. Often the politics doesn't seem to affect mining operations but COVID is a different matter.

Still seem to be among the top producers despite the general decline in UK offshore production and given the shutdowns when oil reached its low there still seems to be plenty of life in this old field and a predictable cashflow, albeit small, for us. GIven the right favourable climate i guess there may be further development slated for the future.
