To add to your point ADW around that bear case of not finding any more gold, i think "more" is the main word there, we have seen initial drills and we know there is some amount of gold underground, segun just wants a minimum before releasing an updated plan to market, he also wants to know about the viability of cutting back the current open pit more, hence why they currently have consultants in as per last update assessing this.

When they know if its a pure underground/ satellite play, they will firm up and release

Yeah I agree, Segun has always seemed very bullish. In my eyes i think they will likely progress them in parallel, they will have the capital to do both given doutas potential but also the fact that Segi will more than likely still be driving good cashflow at the same time douta is (hence why production has been maintained at a higher level this year than forecast.

I am looking forward to asking some questions around the cutting back of the open pit, as i thought they already had some consultants in end of last year to start looking at this. Also keen to understand how many oz's from both the cutting back, satalites and underground that they consider material enough to release to the market. He used the this wording multiple times in the last webinar, but it would be good to have a steering as to how many oz's he considers material, Given his ambition and delays to the douta PFS and the level of oz that were added.

"Yeah, sure, as discussed, or should I say as mentioned in the presentation, it's not as straightforward as just giving a timeline where we're succeeding in drilling this mineralization.

The question then becomes how do we continue to understand the structural controls, how to continue to guide our drilling and to build up that critical mass of tonnage, or should I say, to get us to that minimum point where we want to make that investment decision.

We will continue to update with drill results. It's hard to give the exact timeline for the resource itself. I think the two biggest takeaways here are: number 1, we're succeeding in drilling and finding more gold, and number 2, we have a good buffer of satellite, a small satellite deposit, and a stockpile, but we will be looking to update this resource at least this year. If you think of the original PFS where we were scheduled to have produced only 41,000 ounces this year, and then put the start, the mine would have started dwindling, you can see we've already started. We've already continued to overachieve that, and we believe through the continued exploration, we will still be able to push this further, so unfortunately, I'm afraid I can't give an exact timeline just yet. We are aiming to do so, regardless, to update the resources here, but we think it's critical and very important that we continue to drill, we continue to define this underground resource, and we continue to increase this tonnage, and that's what we're doing at the moment."

I agree but when their justification gives a PI confirmation on their own reasons for buying, it gives you price of mind, not that I don’t trust you random people I meet on forums lol

I believe they may use some of the stockpile as they blend in some of the lower grade ore to hit their sweet spot, but likely replenish during activities. Im happy to continue adding and always have been given the 2030 outlook
