The T word I'd like is a Ton - ;o)
I can sell but not buy on HL as they say there is a bid situation - but can't see anything about it in the recent RNS or in news anyone got any info to share? Slightly underwater capital wise with current SP, hopefully the "bid" will be closer to the NAV, will be sad to lose the monthly dividends
only RGL - Regional Reit - share price has taken a bit of a battering recently with a 30% discount to NAV, pays a quarterly dividend and the price has been stable at around 55p for a few month, last dividend was 1.65p , I am feeding money into it monthly and reinvesting the dividends at the moment - I see it as a 5-8 year play and unless it tanks completely would be a good'un post recession - DYOR and GL
Had money in the ISA and piled in after the drop yesterday if only I had waited a day
Seeing a 28% drop on listing - is this worth a punt for recovery - I like the hydrogen ideas of GKN so.... worth a punt?
would you share the list of REITs you monitor? It would be interesting to see and compare
thanks
just topped up and lowered my average in my ISA - its a punt and was only 7.5% of the new ISA sub but with a mind for a 5 year investment timescale
at this level it might be worth a small top up to lower my average price per share - even if the dividend drops a bit to closer to 6-7% might be a worthwhile exercise.
Having sold at 1101p with an av at 976p - might be worth buying back in for the yield - would be great to know their SVB exposure or equivalent risk profile
That was a conveniently timed dip to allow for the fill up of the ISA at the end of the tax year and pick up another few thousand shares
One of few Questor tips recently in positive territory - bought a 971p so enjoying this rise
could be a standing order once the tax relief arrives in your SIPP. My account is with HL and on the 10th or so it buys on my standing order and later in the month when the tax relief payment is made it uses that to add...
Sentiment does not great with the price dropping today - still, it might be worth a small top up
91p fpr me
Do I want to top up to buy the dividend or not? What is 12.7p a share worth at the moment?
Bought on the Questor tip at 971p - Lloyds has dropped nearly 5% on the Barclays news - i wonder if this is also affected
Saw the Daily Telegraph's Questor tip on this and did some research and for once the Questor tip seems to be working - might drip more in before the end of the ISA year and see how it goes
yes - I've been invested here for a couple of years and regular as clockwork... I am dripping money in each month to take advantage of the low SP the discount v NAV makes this a long term hold and collect for me - even if there is a small reduction in the actual dividend during this recessionary period - it will bounce back -
pretty positive article

The FT is as left wing as the Guardian - its not called the Pink'Un for nothing - look who it has endorsed over the years at elections. It has a bias like the BBC that it can't see
