He actually has until the 01 June 2025 and discussions are 'advanced with multiple parties'. Come on he will not inform the market whilst discussions are going on. The talks are at 'due diligence and moving beyond'. This gives him another 5 weeks to come to an agreement.

Once the RNS comes saying we have a LOI I suspect we would be looking at 0.10p or possibly 0.15p per share.
